I think they dont pay attention to emails.. Bc they would ask questions that if they read the email.. It would answer them... My package os now 3 day late... I hope they dont put it in my mailbox .. Its off a busy road and anyone could swipe it... And they decide to finally give a tracking number and it didnt work

Ugly customer service.Ordered an order they do not want to work with you.They are ignoring your phone calls. ignoring your emails. Ignoring your voice mails. This is not the reason for ignoring emails not to ignore phone calls.
