We needed to have two of our outside doors adjusted after having new floors installed. Parrish and Nicholas came out on time, looked over what was needed and asked questions to find out what our expectations were. They were very detail-minded. Thank you very much to both of you. Both door repairs turned out perfectly and at a fair price.

Parrish came out today on time and repaired my patio door for price quoted . Cleaned up after installation . Would recommend this company to anyone they are the best .

Parrish and Christian came out the same day I called and fixed a rear door that wouldn’t close and latch all the way. Also added weather stripping and bronze door bottoms to both exterior doors. Excellent work at a very fair price.

I install storm doors, and I had to customize a threshold. Called many companies to try to find a threshold, but this company went through the inventory, custom cut me a threshold. It fit perfectly! They went above and beyond to make this happen for me. I definitely will come back and do business with them. Highly recommend

I had a relatively small job of replacing a lock and a few other minor repairs. I couldn’t get anyone out for a year. Finally contacted Richardson Door and they ordered the correct lock and installed it promptly. Professional service and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Richardson Door was recommended to me. I contacted them in November to replace my french doors. The gentlemen that came out to measure were great. I waited a few weeks for a bid. When the bid arrived, I called three times to ask a few questions. I never received a call back until today, over a month later, when someone called and asked if I was still interested!! I could not go with a company that has such poor follow up. I anticipated too many problems if the initial response is so poor. Too bad, because I was told they do good work.

I ordered French Doors for one of my design client's office renovations and things went very well. I then ordered French Doors for another client's pantry as part of her kitchen renovation and it was a completely different experience. The pantry doors came in damaged and not well made, communication to get replacements was not timely, and it has taken much longer to get replacements than the original order. In fact, the entire kitchen was renovated and done in less time than it took to get pantry doors. I do not recommend Richardson Doors and just ready to get my client's kitchen finished.

We had a door that wasn't acting right. I telephoned Richardson door and they sent a technician out the next day. The following day, Matt telephoned and said he would be here in about 30 minutes. He was able to fix our door and get it back to like new operation. The price was reasonable. Doors can be difficult to adjust. Matt had the skill and the tools to fix our door.
