Freezer is always bad all of product is melted they don't care. And always out of stock.

Very unsafe place to work,unsanitary place to shop,non-osha compliant,not healthfood safety compliant. Substandard service,dangerous forklift operators.No safety equipment used or cording off areas where forklifts are being used. When ibt shipments come in,food products are mixed in with chemicals and other non food items,frozen and refrigerated items left at room temperature and resold as fresh.
Birds flying through the store,bird droppings and rats tearing into food items. Shut this place down for good

I cannot speak for anyone else, but as a non restaurant owner, and an individual, I am delighted that Restaurant Depot will allow me to purchase bulk food supplies. Any Restaurant equipment that they have for sale in store that I can use for my cooking hobby is nice too. I got bulk sugar, pinto beans, potatoes, bulk cheese and deli meats, and cases of bottled Sangria Señorial at great prices. Please, Restaurant Depot, please continue to allow the public to shop in your warehouses. I enjoy the privilege.

Inaccurate website info regarding obtaining an account. Inaccurate emails regarding obtaining an account. Customer service literally hung up on me when trying to offer feedback. They may have a great business... If you can only get inside.

I wish i can give 0 star for the customer service at this location. I have been restaurant depot many years and never get any bad service like at this location today. I came to buy the fresh seafood and have no one working right there to help me. Then, i went to customer service ans nicely asked them send someone come to help me scale the red snappers for me. They told me that the guy work at seafood go home early because of sick and they dont have anyone to back up for this situation. After that, the cashier told me the supervisor or manager who stand in front of me will come to scale the fish for me, her name Tasha. However, Tasha knew that I’m waiting for her about 15’ and she tried to do different stuff and seem like she tried to hide from me. After waiting without answers, i have to ask them can i go bring the fish to the cashier and you scale it for me, the cashier go to ask Tasha in the office and get the Yes from her. I go get the fish and took the photos of the price of the fish I want, it was $7.97/lb. I brought them to the front and was checked out with the price $13.97/lb. I showed them the photos of the price of fish, then the cashier came to asked Tasha the price. Later, the cashier still check me out with the price $13.97 without explanation. I’m so tired to argue with them. The big problem here is the supervisor or manager Tasha ( im not sure if i write her name right, i just know her from the cashier) tried to hiding instead of helping me. If i can have customer service of restaurant depot, i will call to them. Really really bad customer service.

The latino lady with big eye who seems like a manager at the location needs to stop yelling at the staff and should put her focus more on answering customer’s queries. Also, We have seen her many times opening a register for people she “knows” skipping the whole line that is probably waiting for good 10 minutes. The staff inside the freezer section is great but everybody at the front desk and checkout is extremely rude and could eat you up for asking a simple question.

Tacha is always super friendly even when it's super busy. I've seen her at every station in the place, especially when they're short handed. Excellent work
