Don’t Do It, if you’re thinking about dropping off your clothes for dry cleaning! I have used cleaners for over 20 years and never had the experience I encountered recently with them. I have only had to return 2 or 3 three items in my past, but it was corrected in a polite and professional manner. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry when I picked up my clothes and did not check items before leaving. When I was ready to wear one of them, I noticed the dress did not appear clean or pressed. Actually, it had more wrinkles than when I dropped it off. I pointed out the problem to clerk and asked if they would redo the items. She informed me that “People get dry cleaning mixed up all the time. The only way your clothes are going to really be clean is when they laundry them with soap and water”. I asked her to explain the “dry clean” process and why was it called “dry clean” if the clothes were not getting clean and what was I paying for. I told her I could wash them in the washing machine myself, except that particular material is cleaned better with dry cleaning and not soap and water. She stated, “No, you don’t know how it works”. I asked is there not a solvent that is little, or no water used to remove soil from fabrics that are delicate. She stated , “No”. I requested a refund. She stated they didn’t refund unsatisfied customers. So, in other words, once you have paid, they are not concerned with any problems because they received their money. I asked if I may have the manager or owner’s number. She informed me she would give him my number. It has been over a week…no response. Drop off at your own risk!
