I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renaissance Dallas Richardson, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast buffet, which offered a delightful array of delicious options to kickstart my day. What truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding service provided by Alex. Her attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience truly stood out. Alex's impeccable service made each breakfast a delightful and memorable affair. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay with exceptional dining experiences.

Stayed one night for a work trip and had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Our waiter Jairo was a delight. Good food and great service.

Best hotel experience in Dallas. Service was nothing short of exceptional and the hotel is beautiful. Lawrence was very sincere and was a great smile to be welcomed with first thing in the morning.

This is one of my favorite Marriott properties to stay in it’s Texas! Great staff! The fitness Center is large and the trail right outside the hotel was a great way to start the day. Food was superb we ordered in and enjoyed the view. A 10/10 experience.

Aloha. This hotel is beautiful and some of the staff stood out for exceptional customer service, namely Jairo in the restaurant! Upon check in, I was misinformed about when breakfast ended in the lounge—I was told 10am. I have the Bonvoy platinum status, and so having our free breakfast in the concierge lounge is a big plus. The next day we missed our complimentary breakfast since it was passed 9am. We went to the front desk to see if they could comp our breakfast in the restaurant since we were misinformed about lounge hours. The agent we first saw wanted to help us out but upon talking to her coworker, the coworker then told us we were out of luck, basically too bad—-definitely not the Marriott style. We proceeded to the restaurant where Jairo greeted us and we were bummed and he asked us why and we explained. Jairo tried to the explain to the front desk that they could comp our breakfast but they denied him too. He was so wonderful though that he restored my faith in the Marriott way when he comped our breakfast!! And he was so friendly and understanding!!! Yay Jairo!!!Rooms: Wonderful

Rooms are extremely too dark!! Even lights over bed were very low, couldn’t read!! Hard to look at yourself in a wall mirror in entry hall without a light!! Light in entry was right by door which was good but left mirror very dark! Update lighting & it would be a great hotel!!Rooms: Rooms extremely dark!!Walkability: Italian restaurant across street within walking area is excellent!!!Noteworthy details: Food In restaurant hotel is excellent!! Bar super nice!

I loved this hotel.The room is very nice.I went with my emotional support pet and they gave me a card to put on the door that said: pet in the room. Excellent so that when they do the service, they are careful that your pet does not get out. (Or I guess they won't do the service while that sign is up)I didn't love the Starbucks inside the hotel because they basically didn't have anything.I didn't eat at the hotel.I used the gym, something basic but useful.I recommend it!!Rooms: Big and nice roomWalkability: I took my pet outside to do his business and he is great for walking.

I stayed at the Ren for a weeklong conference. Meeting space, food outlets, stay and guest rooms are superb!
