DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I have a warranty in my car and one of my door trims fell off while driving on the highway.I had called ahead to confirm if this was covered and I was told that it was and that I could take my car to any Chevy dealer so they can look at it. I normally go to the Galleria Chevrolet (they have excellent customer service btw), but when I got there, they recommended I go to the any Chevy Collision center.When I called Reliable Collision Center, I explained my situation and I explained that I was 20 minutes away and they told me that as long as I got there before 6pm I was fine.I arrived at 4:30pm to Reliable and I was helped by Mark, whose demeanor was extremely rude and hostile, he rudely explained that his team was gone for the day and that I was not covered (not even looking at my paperwork).I asked if I could get an estimate if I was not covered, and Mark proceeded to say that he was "fixing to leave" and that he didn't know.Clearly Mark does NOT CARE about customers, he just wants to leave early on Friday and waste people's time. Do yourselves a favor and drive to the Plano Collision Center in Huffines, where they at least have some human decency.

Usually I come here over many other locations closer to my house for your fantastic and timely service. Today was not the case. I was told it would be a 2 - 2 1/2 hour wait which I was prepared for. I showed up on time for my appointment for a 15k service. After 2 hours I overheard the lady at the desk in the waiting room state how the techs showed up late due to the holiday yesterday that's why things were taking so long. How is this acceptable? I showed up on time, why do they get to show up late? And I paid $118 for labor? Really? After hearing that I still continued to wait patiently for another 3 hours, totaling my time there to be 5 hours until the guy came and gave me the paperwork and key. I got to my car after paying nearly $400 (which I expected) to my glove box put on incorrectly. I grew a bit annoyed considering I've already waited so long and you'd think that my glove box would be put on correctly by people who do this for a living. The guy came and took it back to fix. And after it returned 15 mins later, STILL put on incorrectly. And to top it off, after it came back AGAIN, it was STILL put on incorrectly. But I've had it at that point and needed to leave after 5 1/2 hours there. So I will need to find someone to put my glove box on correctly another day. I understand things happen, and I am patient as we are all humans and make mistakes. But this to me seemed like laziness and slacking off by some of your team members. I should not have had to pay that much in labor fees for incomplete, untimely labor.

Terrible experience. My brother was in need of a vehicle and came to test drive and purchase a car that was advertised on their website. We arrive for our scheduled appointment and they are absolutely not ready for us. They couldn't even find the keys. Once they do, he is shown a car that is clearly NOT ready for resale and looks as if it was just towed off the side of the road after a car accident. When questioning the salesman, he tells us it still has to go to the shop and so not available for purchase yet ("it'll be a month or two") and then has the audacity to try and get him to go inside to talk numbers. Bait and switch and truly unethical practices to get folks in the door. Don't waste your time like we did.

Horrible customer service.Eric, the manager is very rude and bows up at people. They had our car since October and they haven't looked at it. Find some place else to take your car for repairs. They want to charge a daily $65 storage for a car they never touched. Moving car to a different location for repairs with better customer service. Deborah is great, very sweet.

I arrived at 9:30am for my scheduled oil change. It's now 12:07pm and my car is still not finished. I had to sit here and watch the whole service department go pick up their food they had provided for them....2 hours after my appointment time. So I ask for an update at the 2.25 hour mark and was told 45 more minutes!! Why?? So they can finish eating??? We won't come back, won't recommend and will instead steer people away from here. Absolute BS.

Went in to look at the Colorado and decided that was the truck I wanted. I decided to put $500 down to order the truck and they told me it would be refunded if I thought the truck was taking too long to get produced and delivered. After 12 weeks of me chasing down status and getting nothing, I cancelled the order. Sales rep said he would work on refund. After two weeks, pinged him and he said "let me check". No further communication and no refund. I ended up going to a dealer in Arlington and buying a much more expensive vehicle literally because I got no status and literally no communication from this dealership. I may have done service there or even purchased the second vehicle I'm looking at if they showed any sense of professionalism. Do not go there. I'll take the $500 loss and lesson learned. I gave them every chance to do the right thing but they really don't give a fudge about their customers or potential customers.

Wish I could give a zero star. Took my Chevy in to just get a diagnostic test ran on it Wednesday because I made an (appointment) and just talked to them today(Friday) about the status and they said they haven't even gotten to the vehicle and they are backed up for weeks. If they would have just told me that, I would have taken my vehicle somewhere else instead of waiting and wasting my money on Ubers because I've been without a car for 3 days now. Horrible service. If you are looking for A reliable dealership, THIS IS NOT THE ONE. Should have known that with the 2.5 stars they have....From now on I'm sticking to ford or anything besides Chevy.

Took my vehicle in after filling out an appointment online. I had planned to drop my vehicle off but when I got there - the technician I was SCHEDULED to meet had JUST gone to lunch. Requested service was for state inspection and an issue with my center console.I ended up dropping it off with another service manager - with no clue about its status after 24 hours. Even after emailing him.It would be such an easier/nicer experience if they just had a dedicated couple people to intake cars. This person will handle the queue of car service and relaying updates to customers. I don't mind waiting - what I do mind is being in the dark.Also - don't have an online scheduler if it's not respected and appointments are not kept up on YOUR end.

Just paid $190 for them to tell me that I need a new truck battery. The said battery would cost $480. I would highly recommend that you go anywhere else besides this dealership. The only dealership worse than reliable is friendly Chevrolet. Take my advice for what you will.

Funny Im reading reviews about non stop calls. I cant for the life of me get a call back! I got a phone call email and text. I Responded to all 3. Waited a week. Got about 3 automated emails asking how Id rate the service I got. I got no service. Tried calling again. Left another message. Got another email. Responded. No response. Got a text from a third person, responded right away now here we are 5 days later still no response. Thanks but no thanks. Taking my business elsewhere. Stay away!
