After years of thinking about remodeling the bathrooms, we finally took the plunge with Re-Bath. When Marilee, the salesperson arrived at our house, I knew Re-Bath was the company we wanted to use. She determined what we wanted done, explained the process, helped us choose shower wall material, gave us detailed info on how the installers worked (and kept the rest of the house spotless!) and provided warranty information as well as the cost. I felt like we were dealing with a trusted friend. We signed the contract and were given a potential start date. Monica notified us the materials were in and the workers started a few days ahead of that date which thrilled us. She was a great contact. The installers (Franco and Jaime) contacted us and arrived right on time. They covered the path to the bathrooms, hung plastic dust barriers and covered everything (beds, dressers, etc.) near the work site. At the end of each day, they removed those materials and cleaned up the area. They completed the first bath in two days. That involved removing tile, bathtub, etc. They then started the second bathroom which was a more involved procedure as removal of a couple small walls and raising the ceiling were involved. The work on both bathrooms included a small glitch which was quickly solved by them calling the plumber on staff. He arrived in 30 minutes and took care of the issue. That work which we thought would take five days took just four. They were willing to work a little late on the last day to finish which we so appreciated. Both installers were a pleasure to work with. We could not be happier with the results and can unreservedly recommend Re-Bath.

The customer service I have received from Monica is one of the worst. The material is good for the most part. The workers Daniel and Julio were efficient, but I had to continually checked on them because they were not going to replace the insulation. One of them said that the insulation was ok, but it was the original insulation when the house was built in 1987. I had to call the inspector to come sooner to check the quality of the work. They cleaned only superficially leaving behind a lot of dust. The cheap shower curtain rod fell 3 weeks after installation and it didn’t work anymore. I called Monica and she said I had to wait a week until a technician could come to replace it. This company charges a lot of money. I expected the customer service to offer better quality.

Re-Bath did an amazing job with the shower remodel! Great customer service all throughout the process. Daniel and Julio were great in putting everything together. We were kept in the loop regarding all aspects of the construction and they went out of their way to convenience us. Highly recommended!!

My wife and I recently took her 85 year old father in to our home. There are many things about our home that are actually convenient for an elderly person, however the bathroom was not. Re Bath came out, we put together a plan and they just completed the job. We are very pleased with the results and now the bathroom is a bunch more convenient for our elderly houseguest. The design and great and if I had to be critical, it would only be on the on/off controls. Not a huge deal just that the rest of the design is spot on. The materials top notch. The installers Daniel and Julio are great guys. If we do another bathroom redesign, I would request Daniel and Julio. Really good at what they do. If this review were to do something to help the success of Re Bath, we would be very pleased. Great people, Great company. Good luck in the future growing your business.

Chad, who came to our home to set up our project, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He provided us with all the information needed and was able to answer all our questions. We would recommend Re-Bath and Chad.When it came time for installation of our new shower, Jose L and Juan L did a wonderful job! They were friendly, knowledgeable and hard working professionals. They were dedicated to doing excellent work and kept us advised all along the way. At the end of each day, they cleaned the area completely. We would highly recommend them to anyone as consummate professionals. We are very pleased with our new Re-Bath shower installation.

March 25, 2024Mario and Alfonso did an exceptional job in taking out my old bathtub and replacing it was a walk-in shower. They were very professional, courtesy, punctuate and clean up after themselves before leaving for the day.A personal touch was added they would check to if there was anything they could done for me before leaving. Thank you for all of your help.
