Never had a repair this fast before, we had to get the screen replaced on this same exact phone not too long ago and it took 3 times as long to get done as it took here. Would definitely recommend.

Rapid FIX talk about Rapid SCAMMERS!! If the option for 0 stars was there, I would use it!!!!! Don't ever do business with them!! I came from Shreveport, LA 3 hours away on my birthday to get a MacBook Pro. I got there an it was locked??? I had to wait almost 5 hours at bucees in Terrell for him to meet me with a different one and he sold me a 2017 that that had software issues, screen issues, and a blown speaker that was NOT disclosed before, he said it was a 2019 and up charged me. HERES THE KICKER!! I saw the same MacBook on Facebook that someone else was selling and I matched up the serial numbers from a Facebook listing and the one he sold me and guess what... THEY MATCHED!! He charged me $400 for it and I saw the same listing for $230. After finding this out I drove back to Dallas and argued with them because they knew what they did and he tried to sell me a broken one and he offered me my gas money back which he only gave me $30 which is better than nothing after this whole ordeal, but he gave me the original one that he was actually going to sell to me in the first place. He scammed me and I've heard it's not the first time he's scammed other people either; from what the police said. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

Had boot up issues with Dell laptop where the screen was going dark after power on. He was able to recover my data, partition and reformat the SSD at a very reasonable price. Doesn’t recommend things that are not needed.Highly recommend him for both technical expertise and for his pricing.

Ten Stars are needed. My motherboard went out on my Samsung9 last week. These guys took care of me in a few hours. Very courteous and friendly. The price was very fair and instead of buying a new phone they put me back in the game that day with my old phone with replacement parts. I appreciated the service and I realized I forgot to give a review so here it is for them. USE these folks !!

Just returned from a great experience at RAPID Fix Cell Phone and Computer Store! The gentleman who greeted me and repaired my iPhone 13 Pro camera glass was personable and professional.My phone glass was fixed on the spot, at a reasonable price, and with high quality replacement parts (which he showed me in comparison to the replacement glass that I had installed and was shattered again).I'll be sure to come back if I ever need any phone or computer related repairs!

They use cheaper materials to bring down costs, which is fine if they are the same quality. So far, for the Samsung A51, they are not, or they are not using the correct screen. In any event, this is my second repair within a year, a leaky crystal screen happened and I had to repair the phone again from a light drop in the case. I assumed it just landed akwardly until recently where my phone hasn't left my home since the repair, and has had zero drops since the repair, I called close to midnight to leave a message and the store owner answered, I will leave my 5 star review based on going above and beyond so far and I will edit my review based on my service tomorrow. So far it looks like he's trying to be cost effective but quality or consistency might be a trial and error at the moment.
