Today the 06/30 at 01:13 pm ( Tylor S. ) He was very rude with me , I ordered one item , i pull my hand to get it from him and pay because i was not alone but he hold it on his hand and he say “ NO Sr, you have to pay first, i say of course i m going to pay i will not run away why you say this!?
I even ask him again for 3 times, he hold the item like costumers are a thieves
Then when i say i don’t need that anymore he even lies on my face and he say “ i didn’t say anything “ !
He was not professional enough to give a good service or even to apologize
I was very polite i let the item and i left
Seriously QuikTrip can have a better costumer service than this .

The last few times I have went to this particular location they have tried to overcharge me by four or five dollars! It isn't enough that all of these stores have jacked up their prices they got to try to take more if they are able to!

Listen, I would not normally be out here reviewing a gas station, but I feel like I have to shout out Cooper and Frankie at this particular Quik Trip for helping me out. My whole dang wedding ring fell off my hand while I was tossing my garbage and went into the trash can out at the pump. I had to go inside and ask for help because it was a nearly full trash can and I can only imagine how insane I would have looked just digging through the garbage by myself without getting an employee's assistance. Cooper and Frankie helped me go through that whole trash can and you better believe that ring was all the way on the bottom. I cannot freakin' believe this happened but thank god I had these two to help me out.

I really expect a lot more out of QT-they’re usually my “go-to”. This location has really gone to heck. Bathrooms are embarrassing, nasty and graffiti carved all over the place. Mgt needs to step in and clean this place up…and get some security. Hate writing this about QT because they’re my favorite, but this location has earned the low review, what really should have been 1 star.

Second time now at any gas station, and the second QuikTrip where the connection between the hose and handle leaks gas while you pump. Not even driving through the most backwater hood gas stations in LA where every cashier stands behind multiple inches of bulletproof glass have I experienced such ghettoness. And the bathroom always smells like stale piss, which is now a QuikTrip standard feature. I remember not ten years ago when QTs were uniformly spotless and the cleanest around.
