Waited almost an hour for my appointment, lots of staff standing around but no updates/explanation about the delay. Observed staff taking a break in the lobby with their gloves still on touching arm rests of chairs. Chaotic vibe in this office with other staff discussing patients and a messed up urine test. Staff got defensive when I asked to confirm my test having overheard their conversation about a mistake. Poor customer service skills.

I walked around for 15 minutes walking into stores trying to find the location. Once I found it was inside Tom Thumb I walked at 4:42pm. As I was checking in. Terry Wallis rudely tells me she will not be excepting any more patients today. I told her it says online you close at 5 PM. It took me time to find you guys. Today was the only day I had to get all my work done. I fasted to have proper blood work. And my insurance is no longer valid as of 9/1/23. It was very important that I had my blood drawn right after my primary care visit today. Quest doesn’t say they close at 4:42PM. It says they close at 5 PM and walk-ins are allowed. I feel Miss Terry Wallace was very rude and very unprofessional. This is not OK. I called every customer service number only to get voice automated options, and no human to speak with or help me. This is horrible Business horrible service doesn’t even deserve a one star.

KK (not sure if initials or spelled out name) was fantastic. I'm a very hard stick. My own doctor won't touch me and I've had to have pediatric nurses get blood from me as I have small scarred veins (I can only use one arm due to a prior procedure). I had two different mobile phlebotomists, one who tried five times and no blood and the second who had to draw from my hand. I let KK know this in advance. She spent a good minute plus searching for the right place. I felt zero when she inserted the needle and my four vials went fast. That is rare. Only one other phlebotomist in the last 11 years has been able to do that. I told her I wanted to hire her for any future work I need! She's very direct and to the point and does her job. Love this. Hope she stays at this location always or I'll follow her to another one!

We don’t know what happened before but today I took my dad here for his blood draw. The lady name Debra was really kind and personable. She made everything clear before get job done. They’re getting better than before.

If you call to verify they have your orders you get an automated voice that says “no need, we can call and get them from your doctor.” I’ve been there THREE times trying to get THE SAME work done. Every time I’m told they don’t have it and there’s nothing they can do. I’m SO DONE.

This place sucks. I went in to get some blood work done and the nurse (black girl with tattoos on her ankles) that did the blood work went WAY to deep. Now I have a bump on the vain she took blood from and its super sore and very uncomfortable to where I can barely extend my arm. LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR JOB AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, LEARN HOW TO RESPECT AND MAKE YOUR PATIENTS FEEL LIKE THEY ARE IN GOOD HANDS. This has me pissed off.

Didn’t have my referral for lab work even though I confirmed my doctor sent it. They sent me away even tho they could have made a quick call to the doctors office and got the paperwork faxed over.

I arrived at 4:30 I drove from downtown Dallas left work early to get there in time . A worker named Keke said no she will not see anyone else and was super rude said she had other work to do.A lady with her 98 year old mother she was super rude to her and no I won’t see anymore patients. This is the absolute the worst customer service I have ever seen. Then I seen her leave on her phone chatting with what sounded like her friend. Maybe you should update your website to only if it’s convenient for Keke . Even the pharmacist heard how rude she was and was in disbelief. I would have gave up my turn for the elder lady . Again it says your open til 5:00 not 4:30 !!!!

I wish i could give her 0 stars. Worst Worst Worst experience of my life. I always go to quest but never been treated like an animal. Save yourself from Maria S. She is extremely rude, unprofessional and will butcher your hand.

Great experience. I arrived a couple minutes before my appointment, checked in, and got my blood drawn in less than 5 minutes. Jeremy was amazing and kind AND was able to draw my blood easily even though I have notoriously small veins. Would recommend! (Also located inside Tom Thumb on the right)
