Staff were fine, but it took me 40 minutes after my appointment time to be seen and the phlebotomist did a poor job removing the needle (basically ripped it out), leaving me with a deep and painful blood bruise. Did a very poor job bandaging it as well. Slapped a single cotton ball on with a piece of medical tape, did not wrap or provide any compression at all.

The staff was ok - not overly friendly or rude. Just average. The problem is results from this location take so much longer to come back. I’m waiting on an urgent update on some bloodwork. A nearby Dallas Quest location had results back within 48 hours. This location is going on over 4 days with no results/updates. Maybe since this is a small grocery store location they don’t have as frequent pick-ups? I’m hoping my lab work wasn’t lost.

Honestly, I’d leave zero stars if I could horrible attitude no customer service. Wouldn’t even open the door or the window to speak with me. Thanks Quest !

Just got here as walk in to do lab work at 9:01am. After signing in for standby. A lady came out. No greeting. All I sensed and observed was an attitude. Too early for such. I left quickly. I see why they have poor ratings. Quest gotta employ efficient and people with good customer etiquette.

The 2nd draw was not sealed well and leaked own my arm and onto my pants. The young lady with the baby in the waiting room questions of where she could go and get quality care for her baby. Because the attempts to draw blood from her child earlier had been horrible and scared her because her baby wiggled and no one was able to hold her secure. She asked me where she could get safe and quality care for her child.

Please I will appreciate if you really care when it about taking kids blood at this location . The lady named keke I don’t know if I spell good her name, wasn’t really nice to my baby and me ,the way she was talking, look at us and she didn’t even done the job because she says my baby was moving to much the Arms but she did poke her right and left arms and have to come back an other day so someone can help her olding my baby but the way she was acting and talking wasn’t with kindness but I forgive her . My baby is just a baby she supposed to do her best to stay cool . May God give her patience , but I decided to change the location . Stay blessed.

Staff was rude. they just seemed they did not want to be there or they hate their job. Still can't access my labs nor my Dr can access them.

Waited almost an hour for my appointment, lots of staff standing around but no updates/explanation about the delay. Observed staff taking a break in the lobby with their gloves still on touching arm rests of chairs. Chaotic vibe in this office with other staff discussing patients and a messed up urine test. Staff got defensive when I asked to confirm my test having overheard their conversation about a mistake. Poor customer service skills.
