I had been there at Poshe Nails & Spa at Richardson Tx. I love that place because always when i have the do my nail or pedicure, they have an appointment available for me during my lunch time and always they receiving me with a smile on their face and giving me a excellent service been friendly and with a excelente attitude. Plus they offer me the 20%of discount. Definitely i would like to recommend this excellent place. All the staff including the owner they are very nice people.

I went to this place yesterday, and Henry did my gel nails. He was very kind to me and did a great job. I gave him a reference picture, and he did exactly the same thing, adding extra details to make it more beautiful. Thanks, Henry, for your kindness.

Staff is nice. Came in for pink/white dipping powder. They paint on the white which in past experience wears off - same price as other places that do proper pink/white dipping powder. Unfortunately the painting job was uneven. Would not recommend.

New to the area and was referred here! Great hospitality soon as I walked in with my 2 girls. They provided snacks and wine. Was very friendly and did a great job on our nails. Thanks to my new friends Lynn and Henry!

I LOVE my nails and toes. Henry did such an amazing job, and had the best attitude, even when I had him here until almost 10. The only slightly negative thing was that I got here around 5 PM, BUT, I needed acrylic toes and so I had to wait, presumably because Henry was the best for the job. And it’s actually a good thing that he did it because the job was beautiful. I didn’t even mind how long it took, because the results were worth it. I also received a 20% discount, and that was really sweet. This place is very close to my job, so I will be returning. The other staff is really sweet as well, especially the young ladies. Clean and comfortable.

I went to this place yesterday and was the only person in the shop I got a normal manicure with regular nail polish…. The girl did such a BAD job…. She put THICK THICK coats of polish on and when I said something she it’s my nails fault. I have not gotten my nails done in months and they are strong… the fact she didn’t take accountability for such a bad job and I was appalled at her co-worker who was using my nail lady’s tools to do her own nails right next to me and did not even sanitize them afterwards… it’s basic hygiene that they should be following but no they didn’t even follow that. No one wonder the place was empty…. I’m officially scared to ever get my nails done ever again thanks to these people. Please do your self a favor and never go here ! It’s not worth getting an infection. I thankfully spoke up and removed the nail polish she put on me. It look like a 5 year old did it.
Update- I can’t make a separate reply to the comment of the employer but I was just taken back by the unprofessional response to my post of warning other to not go there. I understand that my words may not be the best but I am not lying about my experience and I just personally saw first hand how unhygienic this place is and do not want others to get an infection due to their lack of cleanliness and hygiene. As you can see first hand the lack professionalism and still did not take accountability but decided to say it’s my nails when as a business they can turn me away.

Our visit to posh nail salon was completely unexpected. I am so glad my daughter and I took the time to get pampered. The staff at Posh and the owner are absolutely incredible and make your experience enjoyable. I want to send a special shout out to Henry he not only made us laugh the entire time we were there. He did an incredible job on her nails. We will definitely be back.

I have gone to this salon many times in the past as I live nearby in an adjacent neighborhood, but have not been there for some time until last week. I can only think it has changed hands because the experience had vastly changed. I was surprised to find no one there since it had always been quite busy every time I came. It became very clear right away that the technician I was given had no experience. I tried to be patient in the beginning thinking maybe she was just new but quickly realized she had no idea what she was doing. It took her a whole hour just to trim and prep my toes. But she seemed lost when it was time for the polish--she kept asking other technicians questions until blessedly, the guy who seemed like the owner took over and finished the pedicure. I frankly was disappointed and outraged that he did not comp my pedicure because he certainly should have. I was there 2 hours for a simple pedicure and the person doing it was completely incompetent which he knew because he stepped in to take over for her. So buyer beware--I have never in my life had such a terrible experience, probably should have walked out but I paid over $50 for this horrible situation. Never will return.

Great customer service. Our first time here, but will be back. Beautifully done pedicure & manicure. Henry and Jolie do great work. Highly recommend both of them both. Poshe Nail & Spa, Richardson is clean, professional and a definite top star for nail services. Thank you Henry and Jolie for the wonderful service!!
