“Pharmacy - For being shorthanded and having to deal with constant computer problems, these people seem to be doing the best they can with what they have.I left CVS 3 years ago because some Muslim pharmacist SCREAMED at me after I told her she made a mistake and gave me the wrong Rx!!! They REFUSED to refund my money. So I left and switched over ALL of my meds to Tom Thumb.I haven't regretted it since. Although they are usually insanely busy, I don't have to wait long and they do have a drive thru if I don't want to go inside.As far as pharmacies and customer service go...............compared to what lousy places are out there like CVS, this place is top notch!”

“Kroger Pharmacy on Centennial in Richardson has very knowledgeable pharmacists, efficient pharmacy technicians, and on time prescription refills. When the big storm blew through in late May and knocked out power, the pharmacy and staff allowed you to pick up your prescription order that was already filled. I thought that was good customer service. Although there is no drive thru , they have a walk-up window that people can pick up their order without having to go inside the store. I would like a little more privacy with the consultation area. Over all, I like and trust this pharmacy.”
“I went to Walgreens today to pick up a prescription. I put it off for a few days because it’s a $400+ prescription. My insurance coverage doesn’t begin for another month. Theresa in the pharmacy was able to get my $460 prescription down to $29. I really appreciate her help.”

“Kroger has always been a great place to shop and I thought when I was younger that it was way too expensive for me. In the times we are in now I have changed my mind about that. I do not have a problem with paying for food and anything else regardless of what the price is and I have taken up the mindset that I will pay for what I need really of the price. The best thing about this is I really enjoy this store. It's clean and well kept and the produce is awesome. The first time I went in to the vegetable area all the colors were bright and as I got closer I could tell that the produce was some of the best I've seen in a very long time. The whole presentation was really captivating and I have noticed that every store I have been in is the exact same way. The produce and the selections of vegetables displayed are just awesome”

The makeup counter lady Lisa is so knowledgable and helpful in making the right decisions with all the choices in makeup. Very helpful and friendly staff!”
“I’ve been coming to the CVS for years. I’ve never had issues with the store or the pharmacy. I had to call yesterday morning right when they opened to ask why my prescription wasn’t ready. The technician on the phone was quick and helpful and filled it right away. I see other bad reviews here, but I don’t get it! I always have a great experience at this Richardson location off Jupiter.”
