We are highly dissapointed in PFC furnitures industries, we wont recommend anyone dealing with them or making payment before delivery, On 8th of november 2023, we made a payment for items to be delivered to our company address but unfortunately someone contacted us from PFC (Reuben) that the item is currently out of stock and he proposed to process a refund back to us, to our greatest surprise all effort in getting back our refund is to no avail, PFC furnitures isn't a reliable and trust worthy company. To whom it may concern, we are hereby calling for refund since you guys are out of stock for the item paid for. They stopped picking our calls and responding to our emails. This is so sad . PFC furnitures is a scam !!!!!!

OTR driver here. Delivered here. They have two buildings they use when you enter through gate from street, the parking lot is wavy concrete but doable, docking is close but I've seen worse. Friendly, check-in good, a bit disorganized, unloading about 3 hrs. No ovnp.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Ordered a sofa they told me was in stock, told me it would be delivered by 3/27 "for sure". Called on 3/26 to verify delivery, they told me the delivery got moved to next Saturday because the truck wasn't full. Next Saturday comes around, nothing. I call again they say the same thing, truck didn't get filled so they pushed it back but it will be 100 percent there next Monday or Tuesday. Here we are Wednesday and no sofa. So I call again and now they say it's out of stock and the people I was talking to lied. They ended up giving the sofa I order 3 weeks ago to someone else and lied about the truck not being filled to cover themselves. They have done things like this in the past but not this bad. Won't be dealing with them anymore.

I have been a dealer for PFC for the last 6 years. Although we do not purchase very much or very often, the times that we do everything has arrived ontime and in great condition. I think they have very good customer service

This is by far the WORST furniture company anyone can ask for. They play that customer service friendly roll very well until they get your money. Don’t waste your money here. I purchased furniture about 2 months ago fully paid for. I’m still yet to receive a piece that I purchased. They sent a delivery guy multiple times to drop off one thing at a time. Each time they didn’t have something. Instead of them telling us they didn’t have it we found out upon delivery arriving they didn’t have it. When they told us multiple times the stuff was there. When we call to ask for our stuff they don’t answer because they know who it is. When they do answer they are rude about it like we took there money. When I’m reality they took our money and don’t care. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. DON’T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS PLACE. THEY WILL ROB YOU.

It was not a good experience. Poor customer service. Poor quality furniture. Had damage upon receipt of the furniture. Returned the furniture for a new one but, got the same couch back with horrible path work done.bad all the way around STAY WAY from this company. PLEASE STAY WAY!!!
