If you want your pet to go through horrible grooming treatment this is the perfect place. We took our dog to get a haircut and after 2.5 hours of waiting he had cuts on his neck and legs by forcing the clippers on his body. Will never come back. The staff was horrible

I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s gone so downhill. The poor ferrets enclosure was FILLED with feces a few days ago. There are always so many dead fish floating in tanks. They still paint their hermit crabs, which can be fatal and isn’t needed. I took my dog a few days ago and had to watch where we stepped because there was dog urine and feces all over the floor - it wasn’t new! They seem very understaffed and unable to keep up with the pets and store. The two stars are because the employees are nice. I hope they can get some help with the animals and updating.

This is my go to place for aquarium products, the store is always well kept up. Alexia the store associate is always helpful and has great customer service.

Donated a pleco that was getting too big for my 25-gal tank. Bought a bristlenose one that'll grow to about 4 inches max. For fish I find that Petco is better equipped and has more knowledgeable staff than PetSmart.

Store personel were very helpful. The only problem I've had the last several times is the Petco stores DO NOT provide bags for purchased items. Even when when me or someone else purchases one or many items. As far as I know Petco is the ONLY pets stor in the surrounding areas that does this. Consequently I rarely shop in the store, choosing another pet store that DOES provide free bagging!!!

The cashier was all over helping me find just the right flea removal items I needed. However, I lost 2 or 3 $5.00 off coupons because I could not add your program to my cell phone. It could only be added to my computer. I am not happy about that. jz

The employees need to do better with the upkeep of the animals here. When I walk into a Petco or Petsmart store, it would not surprise me to smell the odor of feces, but most of the time it's not even noticeable. When I walked into this location, the odor was quite potent and slaps you across the face.
When I came up on the rodent section, I observed that a small enclosure meant for maybe 2-4 rats had 9-10 rats inside, and they had no space for any healthy movement. The running wheel that they supplied is not suitable for the rats this size, and the bedding was very compacted and hasn't been cleaned for who knows how long. The glass, their food, and the whole top layer of the bedding was smeared with feces. There was no mistake that the living conditions for these smart creatures were neglected.
I understand that rats might not be some people's favorite animals, and it's one thing to find this at someone's house. But to have a pet store trying to sell these animals as pets by displaying them in this manner is shameful. Please do better for the sake of the animals.
