I always just pick one of the available slot and no need to worry about who’s doing her grooming bc Jamie and Chelsea always do great jobs!I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this grooming place!!

Within a few days of adopting Ginger in April 2023 she was due a couple of vaccinations. We decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Hicks since she was already familiar with her history which included anxiety. During that visit we saw how gentle, kind and loving Dr. Hicks was with Ginger and Ginger’s comfort with her and immediately knew we would continue to trust her taking care of our sweet girl going forward. Although BPAH is not close to us, it is well worth the drive to know Dr. Hicks and the entire BPAH team love their patients and provide the best care possible!

The vets and staff are great and very kind, the wait is never too long, you can usually get an appointment within a week or two (maybe sooner if it's an emergency), and you can pick up medications for you pets without an appointment (if you call ahead). I love the staff here and will continue to bring my pets here.

The whole extension of my family and in-laws will come here for family gatherings and the food for everyone has always been phenomenal as everyone always orders something different. The homemade root beer was amazing. I ordered a chicken sandwich and my husband ordered the bacon. Cheeseburger with sweet potatoes frus and i had onions n rings and man oh man did we finish our plates as we were rubbing our full belly afterwards to make a wonderful night even more amazing there was a man named hoss who created us at our table and shook our hands and said how was everything I was like sir it was the best burger I have ever had he said thank you and shared with me they had won 2024 D Magazine best burger ?:) that boss the icing on the cake the owner personally coming to our table really meant alot so when I say definitely go here it's worth it and worth the trip
