My partner and I love love love the staff at Pampillonia! We designed my engagement ring here in early 2023 and such a great experience that there was no question we would go back for my wedding band. Everyone is super friendly and will answer your questions with no judgement if jewelry isn’t an area you’re familiar with. This will definitely be our jewelry store for the foreseeable future!

Pam and the rest of the staff at Pampillonia were so wonderful to work with. Out of several other jeweler options we chose Pampillonia because of the friendly and personal way they greeted us and treated us throughout the process and their professionalism and creativity in designing exactly what I wanted. Bonus was that they were the ONLY jeweler who offered to clean my ring while we looked and discussed the plan! They do beautiful work. We will definitely be working with them again.

I wanted to update my 31 year old wedding ring. Walked into Pampillonia for the first time, after years of hearing great things about them. Pamela took the time to show me a variety of options and learn about what I like. Then she sketched out a design. The Pampillonia designer created the most wonderful ring, using my original stones, working with the original sketch by Pamela. And, we were able to see and try on a 3D replica of the design.

I wanted to have a diamond reset in a mount as a necklace and on the advice of a friend I went to Pampillonia. I can't say enough about my experience with Tera & Jessica. They are so kind, caring and professional. They spent as much time as needed when I decided to sell some of the jewelry that I was no longer wearing. They gave me suggestions on how to rework some pieces and also suggestions to make new pieces for me. As I was driving home I received a call from Tera and she apologized because she made an error. She charged me for a custom piece using 18K gold when we decided on 14k. She said she owed me $345. I was astounded. I am so impressed with their honesty and integrity. I highly recommend them, you won't regret it.

Jessica Penny took care to listen, to offer ideas, and to ultimately help design a gorgeous piece for me that is timeless and beautiful! My fiancé purchased my ring from Pampelonia and had an amazing experience. He worked directly with Pamela, and she helped him create my dream ring! She answered all of his questions and guided him through the journey with ease! He couldn’t say better things. My ring is so beautiful and honestly better than I could’ve even imagined. I went back to get my ring resized and Pamela and her team were so helpful and timely. I will be visiting them for my fiancé and I’s wedding bands in the future, and any other jewelry I want to purchase! I would recommend this custom jeweler to anyone. 11/10 experience, and an absolutely beautiful ring.

Pampillonia is THE place for anything related to jewelry. We have been beyond-satisfied clients for several years. Everyone who works there is friendly, welcoming & attentive to specific needs & questions. We have purchased from them; had repairs expertly done; & grown to love each person there. They are knowledgeable, professional & kind. We especially love how community-minded they are, whether hosting a diaper drive or toy drive for local ministry. Absolutely the best jewelry store in DFW! They have such unique and beautiful pieces and the staff treats you like royalty! They're always having such fun events and give back to the community. Sometimes I just drop in to say hi and have a glass of wine because everyone is so fun to be around! They are all so genuine and down to earth, it's obvious they treat their staff well because it feels like everyone enjoys working there. I also love that there's never any pressure to buy something that doesn't suit you. Some jewelry salespeople are so aggressive and just want you to buy something, but not here! They don't try to talk you into something you're on the fence about. They want you to be happy with your purchase. They're customer service is incomparable!

Jessica was amazing helping me find a wedding band for my engagement ring! My engagement ring was a custom made asymmetrical, so I was nervous about having to also customer the wedding band in order for them to fit. We found my band within 10 minutes of shopping here, and found a band that only cost about half my budget! Highly recommend, and will be going here for future jewelry purchases.
