We loved the Original Pancake House. The food was great! Make sure you make reservations as there is always a line up. Loved the online feature that let you know how long the wait will be and allows you to put yourself in the wait line remotely. The place was busy, but we were promptly seated because of our reservations. While we enjoyed the food, the service was less than desirable. Our food arrived without any cutlery on the table, so we had to wait 10 minutes before we got utensils to eat with. I ordered an English Muffin with my breakfast and it came when we were done our breakfast, eventhough I did ask about it a couple of times. When it did arrive, I said there is no point in having this now, but the waitress was not apologetic and told us we can take it to go, rather than doing the right thing, which was modifying our bill slightly. We definitely enjoyed our meal, but be prepared for less than desirable service.

They have roaches and think that it is ok to say that a person should be use to roaches. Sorry some people were not raised in nasty environments, and this is not ok..

Honestly the waffle was good but I wasn’t super excited about it, my daughter got the same and loved it as did my sister so I guess I maybe just expected too much from it. My girl got the French crapes and nobody was very excited about those. The bacon however was absolutely fantastic! Could’ve been just a tiny bit crisper but that is just for my taste and it was very close to being perfect. No this is where it gets its five star rating the service. Justin our waiter was absolutely fantastic glasses were never empty we always had everything we needed I would go back based on that alone!

we wanted a normal breakfast instead of what our hotel offered. On a saturday morning it was busy, but didn't have to wait longer than 15 minutes. Not enough parking for the area, best thing was the other stores beside it was not open yet. Our waiter was a little overwhelm with the area he was covering, but the others looked like they were doing good. Good portions for the breakfast.

Let me start by saying the food was edible, but it was the worst dining experience and below-mediocre food in my life. My family of 6 adults and 2 kids came in early on a Sunday morning (around 8:15). The restaurant had customers but was not slammed by any means. We were seated almost immediately in a back room of the place. We waited for 15 minutes before my father-in-law got up to ask for service. The waitress came over saying no one told her we were seated back here. We all ordered eventually and then waited another 45 minutes until, once again, my father-in-law called for a manager, to get our meal served. When the food came, everything was over- or under-cooked and had very little flavor. Even the pancakes tasted funny... Come to find out, they use peanut oil in the recipe. It was horrible, and we will never return. It's a real shame.

Probably the only NON sticky syrup covered table you will ever find in a pancake house. Best pancakes I’v tasted this year. Nice atmosphere for families or for business meet ups. Great tasting Clean tables Great staff Lots of options - Healthy egg white options & high calorie pack on the carbs & protein meals.

Visited fir breakfast on Sunday. Extensive menu, well priced and fantastic service. We all had different dishes and none disappointed. Look forward to visiting again.

Absolutely awesome omelets, and some of the best bacon I've ever eaten! Our waitress Megan wast terrific as well, great management also. We WILL be back, good Lord willing.

The original pancake house is the top of the food chain for restaurants that compete in this space: Denny's, IHOP, Le Peep, Egg & I, etc. The draw for me is the scratch made food. No matter where I go, I love the flavors in their food. Today I had corned beef hash. The onions were fresh and had a slight crunch still in them. So good. A light char was burned onto the edges that enhanced the corned beef flavors. I've had many different dishes at various locations, and they are always good. I would like to give this location five stars, but the service falls a bit short. It was not busy on a Monday afternoon, and the service was robotic. That might work on a fast past Sunday morning crowd, but not when it's slow. Customer interaction is needed. The place itself is showing wear and tear. This location has been here for years and it shows. I do think pricing is higher than their competition, but it is reflected in the much better quality food and flavor. It's worth it.
