This place assisted me with getting my electric paid. It was disconnected for non-payment. I had to go in during a work day that I worked cause they aren't open on the weekends for other stuff, but you need to have an appointment.Because I filled out an application, I qualified for their grocery and clothing program. They showed me what website to go to to set up an appointment.I followed thru with the appointment for groceries. They had a very organized pantry. The items that they provided were not free for all. You can get certain items at a certain qty and price. Most items expired in 1-2 days. So it's not like shopping at the grocery store. You basically need to take it home and consume those items within the two days. I did get a tip to come early in the morning cause they were out of a lot of items. I came around 10 or ll!Their clothing was decent. I didn't need clothes. But I thought I'd check it out. There were teenagers running the counter. That didn't bother me. Everyone needs a job. I'm sure they were volunteers and not paid. Anyway you are allowed two items. So I picked two items, found a lands end dress I can wear to work and got a pj for my grandbaby. So it was good....

Trying to get food, but you have to sign up. So do I call or just show up and they sign me up? So drive up their gave me paperwork to scan scan???? Also entered bit.1y/networkappointment will not open. Oh I love being a senior citizen! And yes I signed up and got food May. June, and need food now.

These people are quite helpful in my need for some food for my grandchild. Very friendly & understanding. They offer clothing as well as food. They have other programs to assist as well as a clinic.

Great place, full food pantry & clothes store, very attentive & hands on when you have questions & need assistance. I just wish they helped more with financial needs such as rent & utilities.

I had received several recommendations regarding this organization and the great work they did in our community. I felt like they deserved my donations. After nor finding that information on the website, then several phone calls (over a week at several different times during their posted hours) that went unanswered, I drove up to the main office to inquire about making a donation. I stood in front of a window, next in line, and waited 10 minutes as the ladies chatted, sitting two feet away. Why not acknowledge someone and say you'll be right with them? It was really frustrating to say the least so I left. Someone needs to be made aware that it is way too hard to get ahold of a real person in this organization.
