Defective part, has to pay twice to get the part put on. Plus trips back and forth...owner says contact customer service, contacted them and they said still not their problem. Never buy parts from Napa!! Defected and you will have to replace and pay twice to twice!!! Terrible business!

Went to purchase a battery, and the young man was very pleasant and helpful. He did have the battery that would work just fine but was a smaller size (dimensionally) than the one I brought. He took the extra step, on his own initiative, to locate one the same size in another store. I chose to buy the one he had from HIM.

Staff is always nice and helpful. Too bad he couldn't change the battery for me. Had to change it myself and accidentally hooked it up backwards. Still paying the price for that. Many fuses blown and now to replace the ECM. Ugh!! What's more frustrating is I know how to work on cars and I made this stupid mistake ... however, in my defense, it was cold, rainy and I stepped in a pothole of water when I was changing the battery out. ? It definitely was not my day.Yall really need to do something with those potholes in your parking lot.

This is my neighborhood auto parts store, I love Napa auto parts I only go there you guys are way better than o'reilly's and autozone, Napa auto parts employees actually know what they're doing they actually know auto parts that's why I love your store

Ordered parts Monday morning, told me they would arrive Monday afternoon or by Tuesday at the latest.No call Monday. No call Tuesday. Arrive at the store Wednesday, tell clerk my name and what I ordered, and watched him walk around with a piece of paper for 5 minutes walking up to every employee who said "I don't know."Dude picked up multiple boxes and sat them down, then told me they didn't have my order. Then asked my name... again, and was carrying a piece of paper with a completely different name, even though I had already told him my name multiple times.Finally got 2 out of 3 parts I ordered. I will go somewhere else for the third.

Love this place, guys are knowledgeable and helpful. They love my pup and are always happy to see us both walk through the door. I feel they have a better quality about their products and services than the other chain's of automotive stores.

Went to Napa Auto Parts on 40 W Arapaho Road, Richardson, and the employees are rude, arrogant, and can't transfer an available part from 4 blocks away! Not helpful.

I placed an online order on 03/25/22 @ 5:24pm, and this store was chosen because it was nearby and had the item in-stock.I received an e-mail on 03/26/22 @ 4:59pm saying my order was ready for pick-up.30 minutes later I received an e-mail saying my order had been cancelled with no explanation.I called 800-LET-NAPA on Monday afternoon seeking that explanation and got none.So now this will LET NAPA know with a poor rating.
