They did a descent job replacing my glass they failed to mention when I called that they were not responsible for the cameras that are factory mounted to the windshield
I was told 440 over the phone and it ended up being 500 dollars to have it replaced
Alex did make an attempt at correcting issues afterwards

I worked with Stephanie and her team at My Safe Auto Glass. To say the service was amazing would be an understatement. I would give Stephanie 10 stars, if I could. Stephanie was patient and understood my concerns and empathized. Her customer service was amazing, and she made sure I had Wi-Fi to work while I waited on my car. The lobby area was clean, and her staff was quick in finishing the repair for my vehicle. Great work!! Thank you so much!!

Excellent service! I hired another company and they did a terrible job replacing my windshield. They broke the collision avoidance calibration and rain sensor. The other company then called My Safe Auto Glass to fix their errors. After waiting 4 months with the other company, My Safe fixed my car in under 2 hours! Save yourself the hassle and go to My Safe Auto Glass first!

Excellent service. Replaced my door window and repaired a chip in the windshield in less than an hour. Total price was more than $100 less than 5 other quotes for the window replacement alone. Tape remnants in the after photo is my responsibility. I just haven't gotten around to cleaning it yet.

Alec was very friendly and helpful. They had my back window in stock, which I was very grateful, since someone had shattered mine yesterday morning. He was able to scheduled an appointment that same day! His installer called to let me know he was going to be arriving later than the scheduled time and ASKED if that would be fine. He was in constant contact with me the entire time, even during the installation, when I went inside to get out of the heat. He was extremely thorough and the nicest mobile assistant I have had the pleasure of meeting. I am having another service done either by the end of this week or sometime next week, depending on when the part comes in. I look forward to this service as well. I HIGHLY recommend using My Safe Auto Glass Repair and Replacement. They're prices are the most responsible with the best service.

I went to this place because of the many good reviews but unfortunately my experience wasn’t so great. Everything was going good until they brought me back my car. They left debri from the window installment on the floor and in seats. So I went back in to ask if they could clean it out. The front desk lady went and got someone. So I told them I already dusted off passenger side, just need driver side cleaned. The guy proceeded to get in my car and while he was sitting down I was in the process of telling him where the dirt and debri was. Then he said YEA YEA and started closing the door on me. I was like well hold on, don’t close the door on me while I’m in the middle of talking to you. Then I said you know what, don’t worry about it. I’ll clean it myself. Then the front desk lady heard us and when and got manager. The manager comes out and explain the guy don’t know English. I expressed to the manager, you don’t have to know English to know a customer is speaking . He could’ve easy went and got someone to translate. But he definitely knew enough English to say YEA YEA and try and close the door on me. Close the door on me IN MY CAR !!… I saved a few dollars by going to this business but I rather pay a bit more money for better service. Also I have some kind of spray residue on my hood and doors. The hood is black and was so hard to get a good picture once I noticed it when I got home. But I was so drained about the whole cleaning the inside of my car situation and just didn’t even call about it. I’m sure they would’ve denied it since I had already left. I can’t even get the car washed for 2 days after window repair so you think they’ll be more observant to these things and protect your car!!.. cheaper price for cheaper service!!… If you have a nice car and take care of it, DO NOT COME HERE!!… If you have a car you really don’t care what happens, then come here!!!
Update as of 6-27-24…. After I posted the review I got a call from the front desk and she said they wanted to fix the problem. She got me connected with a guy who detailed my car and got the stains off my car. Also received a call from Alex and he apologized for the whole situation. So I upgraded the stars from 2 stars to 4 stars. Thanks
