I have experienced nothing but the best of what I might have expected from MSM. Excellent vehicles, great pricing, and truly personal service. Martha even gave me a ride after I dropped off a car late one evening. It's rare that you can recommend a player in the automotive world, but I do with MSM - with confidence.

I've used Martha for years when I needed an honest mechanic who also can provide transportation for me while my vehicle was in the shop. They do great work! They price competitively compared to the market. I recommend MSM several times a year to friends that need a car to rent or work done on their vehicle. I even send them to MSM when they're looking to buy used. Martha,Thank you for being you. You've got a great company and you take care of us little guys.Thanks,Scott

I have purchased 3 cars?from Martha over the years.?I never had any issues. EXCELLENT ALL AROUND TRANSACTIONS!! The last one a super AWESOME blue Mazda 3, that I got last year! Martha sold me a car that was broken. After driving it for about a week the check engine light came on and was stalling. I brought it in to her to fix. I got it back 3 weeks later and after about two weeks it still was broken. She told me to put seafoam in it which masked the problem but after about two months the car completely broke down. She tried to blame it breaking down on me but in reality it was bc she never fixed the car before she sold it to me. It was a ticking time bomb. She makes you sign a contract saying your buying the car as is and shows you a list of every problems a car can have.... Yet she tells you there's nothing wrong with it. THEN she quotes you $30 an hour for labor on your car but when it's time to pay she charges you $60 and pulls out your contract where you agreed on $60 for labor.... Yet she quoted me $30 right before I took the car in. I took the car she sold to me in three times and it's still broken and the problem it had when I got it is still there after spending $1000 at her shop. SHE SELLS BROKEN CARS AND OVER CHARGES FOR SERVICES. She is a crook and only shady business comes out of her shop. Do not buy from her!
