I went to buy a new phone. They opened up a second line on my account without my permission. They deleted my ACP benefit from my account, and overcharged my credit card for more than what my receipt says. FRAUDULENT people, store should be shut down and investigated.

Some guy who's hindu or middle eastern refused to help me transfer my data to my new phone. I explained several times that it's the employees job to transfer data like they did in the other stores I've been to, but he said you can do it on your own and I told him several times I can't do that. Is he deaf or just simply lazy. I have nothing against people from the east, I have much love for everyone, people just need to put love and passion in their own craft or to something they love or good at!-Long time Metro customer

Really bad costumer service, their agent is never willing to help all he tells you to do is call the costume service when he can help you in store, and this is had happened multiple times
