Wow! Awesome salesmanship from Johnny! He immediately helped us out, took the time to explain the plans thoroughly and was extremely knowledgeable about the phones. George fielded other customers as well. We were impressed!?
*Only critique would be that they need a better inventory supply system so all phones are in stock

Completely worst experience in a metro. Went in to add a line to my existing account was told it was going to be $110!! When I asked for her to explain she said the line was $30 activation was 22 and the rest in tax. So you are telling me that on a phone that’s free I have to pay almost $50 in Tax. I told her I was told a different price and she instead that that was all that metro company was charging me. Very hard to believe when I did not even pay that for o open my account in the first place.
