Hello, my name is Ms Herrera.I just had my baby on 3/14/2024. Even though my C-section was not as smooth as I hoped it would be, I have to say I was happy with how I was treated. Nurses are adorable and sweet specially Robbie Cooper. (I hope I am spelling her name right.) I was going through a lot physically and emotionally and she was there to make me feel special and give me hope. I miss her so much already. 5 days in a hospital with lots of pain after feeling death so close isn’t easy but God always manages to put angels your way. Baby Ricardo is also grateful.

My first time coming to this ER (I usually go to Medical City in Dallas which has the absolute worst service and staff) and all I can say is that I truly love and appreciate how attentive, caring and friendly the staff are here!!! Literally everyone! Wait time wasn’t long at all. Doctor was amazing! This hospital will now be my go to!!!

The staff were both friendly and skillful. The process was very quick and the attendant made it that way by conversation with me , that help to ease tension. Thanks to that special group at Methodist Womens Center.

I had my annual mammogram done at methodist Richardson. The mammogram tech, Shelly, was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. Registration was easy and the wait time was almost non existent. Great facility and great experience.

I had a terrible experience in the hospital. They charge a price and after increase a much higher price. The radiologist very rude. I do not recommend this hospital.

The reason why I gave you a one star. You need to train your employees that when a person come into your Facility to get a mammogram. They need to cover their face just like the person you are going to work with. I had on a face mask and the lady that did my mammogram did not. I was very and I mean very uncomfortable. How do I know she wasn't sick. Covid is still out among the public and people are treating it like it not. I could understand if she wasn't going to be close on me and was not having to touch me. But that was not the case. She had to touch me and be right by me. I feel your hospital is not taking this seriously and not thinking of the patients. I have come to this facility for many years. I have had in the past this one employee that thought of her patients she always had a mask on. I will be thinking about if I will return to your location.
