Lame no custom service and the lady with the big face spoke English when I walked in and all of a sudden when I ask for help she holler NO SPEAK ENGLISH HMMMM… She may need to take lessons cause this whole store customer service sucks I come in with a return and then I get followed as well with my damn receipt… You all are pathetic This whole store need to be shut down

This Tuesday, February 27, I went with my daughter in search of a dress. I found an offer that I really liked. The dress had a regular price of $12.99 and a special price of $6.99. I really liked the special. I decided to take it when I went to checkout. They no longer gave me the special of $6.99 and they didn't charge it $12.99. I don't usually complain about the prices of the products. What bothers me a lot is that because cheating on the customer isn't fair, I told the cashier what was happening and she said that the manager didn't allow me. They gave it especially as they had it labeled, please MELROSE, don't play, don't lie to the customer. I have always bought with you but now I won't go back because they did the same way they deceived me and they do it with many people.

This clothing store has a variety of clothes and shoes etc etc. It's like Sheen's clothes and I buy cheap clothes very often to send to another country for my family

I visited the store this morning looking for clothes for my daughter and myself. Ana, was very helpful and friendly. She made my shopping experience a very pleasant one. I was able to find nice clothes at a very affordable price.

I live close by this store but only last summer did I go in to check out the inventory. Was very satified with what I found. Cute clothes and shoes at a very affordable price. Now I am frequent shopper at this location.
