First thing first, Angel is a great salesman, he was really nice, BUT….Do NOT purchase a car here.I purchased a car and from the beginning I was lied to, and yes it should of been a red flag but I gave them another chance. They wanted to give me a high interest rate and wanted to know what monthly payment I “could afford” before even seeing the contract. I was told the APR was lower than what the contract they wanted me to sign was. I most definitely fought that, got them to lower it and left with the car, a $32000 car at that!!! I was given a car with tires that had no thread, A month later the car has problems and it’s costing over $2000 to fix. My front light was put on with dry wall screws!! how cheap and lazy is that. the car is missing multiple screws to hold the light/bumper together. David the general manager is so arrogant and will blame everything on you, doesn’t work with their customers, he doesn’t care and won’t help you out. i’ve bought multiple used cars and don’t have issues like this the first month.This is by far the worst experienceUpdate: I am having engine problems now!!! nothing but scammers, be carefulUpdate #2: If you get that alpha warranty just know they will not replace your engine with a new one they will only replace with a used engine! please read the fine print. had to pay thousands of dollars for a new engine!!!

"I have to express my deep disappointment with the car dealership Legacy Autos. I recently purchased a car from your establishment and encountered a very unpleasant situation regarding the insurance company recommended by the dealership.From the beginning, the dealership staff promised me that the insurance company they worked with was reliable, so I had to hire their insurance company to be able to take the car and they assured me that if I brought my own insurance, they would return me in less than a week. money that I paid for that insurance policy, just the next day I took the documents of my new insurance to Diler and gave it to my agent “Angel”. Now after almost a year I realize that I have a debt with Collection because I did not pay my insurance with them. I am sure they never returned the money I paid to hire them for just one day and they promised they would return. Now I go and complain to them because it is my credit is at stake and they tell me that they have never seen those papers, I take them back and they promise that everything will be solved after several weeks, I go back to see how everything is flowing and they didn't even remind me, they didn't know What I was talking about I explained to them again and they promised me they would solve it and the third time I go I ask to speak to someone who can really help me since they are not solving my problem, I have asked to speak to the manager and still no one has answered me My request is now being told that I have to pay that money, money that they owe me because they never returned it to me.I felt cheated and let down by the dealership, since I trusted their recommendation. Not only did I lose money and my credit is damaged but I also had to deal with the stress and frustration of dealing with an unreliable insurer.I hope my experience serves as a warning to other potential buyers. I highly recommend avoiding the dealership and be sure to research and question any insurance recommendations they may offer. No one else should go through what I went through.I hope my review helps prevent other consumers from falling into the same trap. We all deserve to be treated fairly and honestly when purchasing a car and purchasing insurance. Don't let this happen to someone else!"
