I called to ask if they do rush orders. She hung up on me. I called back. She picked up the receiver and slammed it down. Go somewhere else.

I also been coming g to this cleaners for over 5 years, but the service has gone down, I understand the whole covid situation we are in but no hello no thank you, and when I go in its like I'm a burden to them, and its the same lady all the time , like if she was mad that I came in. This is the last time I will be coming to this location, sad but I guess someone else will get my business.

I have been using Legacy for about 18 months. They have provided me with nothing but excellent and professional quailty results and service. On the rare occasion that I've needed same day service I always been grateful that they could accomodate me.

Drop off 3-6 shirts every few weeks in the morning and they're always ready thay evening. Same thing with 2 or 3 suits.

This place is a joke. I dropped off my work cloths on Friday to have them ready by Saturday. I went to pick up my clothes on Saturday as I was promised and I was told to come back on next week, because they had some machinery malfunction. That’s understandable because things happen and you have no control over that. But what you have control over is how you handle the situation and treat your customers after you already messed up and missed your delivery timeline. The fact that you are telling me I have to pay the full price in order to get my clothes back is just ridicules. I would’ve pay the price if you held up your end and had my clothes ready as promised . I actually had to go buy some clothes that I didn’t need because you couldn’t give mine back on time. Beside the below average quality and being rude to customers, this place just a great example of how to NOT run a business. You can’t just have your way and miss on your delivery and still charge your customer full price. It’s a 2 way street. You missed on your delivery and you should compensate your customers for their lost.
I, for sure won’t be back here. I’m sure there are other dry cleaners in Richardson area !

Website says in by 12 o'clock out by 5 o'clock. That is NOT true. I needed it quickly because I have to wear this blazer for school. There are WAY better places.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I dropped of a dress to be altered on January 4th. I was told it would be ready on the 9th. This was cutting it close as I was leaving town on the 10th and needed this dress for my trip. However, figured it would be fine. When I went to pick it up, the girl working the counter could not find it. She went to go get what I assume was the manager or owner. He starts looking around and finds it in a bag by the front desk. It was never sent to get altered. His response was a very insincere “i’m sorry”... no offer to fix the mistake or discount offered for the inconvienece this caused me. I was baffled at his lack of concern. I will not be returning and now need to go out and purchase a dress because I will have trouble finding someone to hem this before tomorrow morning. Terrible customer service!
