The owner is very rude and lacks patience. If you go, ask to deal with the young folks as they are way more polite than the owner. Like imagine you not just paying $$ but you get treated bad
As far as the prices, depends on your luck, sometimes they are flexible and sometimes they are very firm and won’t even give you a room to question anything.
Overall, i feel very unwelcomed every time i shop there.
P.S. i am a big fan of arabic golden jewelry. Gave 2 stars only for the nice collection and nice young folks.

Leena’s Jewlery is hands down the best place to shop for gold in DFW. Um Zaki is always very genuine and honest about pricing gold and helping making sound decisions when purchasing. Asad has engraved many pieces for me and each piece turns out better than the one before. The whole team is very knowledgeable, patient and honest and will always give you the best price. Leena’s has the best selection and variety of gold in the entire DFW area. They carry traditional pieces as well as custom and unique pieces made by Abu Zaki that are absolutely stunning. They have also repaired and resized many pieces for me over the years and have always done an excellent job. I wish I could give them 10 stars because they really deserve it.

Leena Jewelry is a great place to buy gold. They have a really nice variety and you can order or resize also fix jewelry and i sold few old pieces which are all great services. I really love the pieces i bought from them. And they have fixed my necklace miraculously.
All the staff i have dealt with were super nice.
I have dealt with the owner and his wife and both are very sweet and helpful.
After ton of visits for this store, i can finally write a full review.
Before you visit take these points in consideration;
- Check gold prices per gram online before you visit so you won't be surprised of the prices.
- You need to have good knowledge of how gold jewelry or bullions prices gets calculated.
- Ask several stores and Don't buy without asking around.
* Unfortunately i faced two incidents in this store with different associates; and If i didn't know the prices before my visit i would have bought with inflated price. although they found out that they were wrong after they checked they didn't even try to apologize.
* The staff are nice but few of them need to be more professional and knowledgeable about how to deal with customers' questions. For example; one associate has a tendency of ignoring the customer and not look at the one while discussing to show how insignificant is the conversation which happened with several people during my visits in addition to my self, i consider this disrespectful but with just a light customer service and emotional intelligence trainings would fix that easily.
