This is a very busy bloodwork center and all of the employees are actively trying to do their best with the patient load and trying to make sure that everyone gets seen in a timely manner. I think that if you expect around one hour if you have no appointment time that should be plenty. Make sure to treat all of the employees with kindness!

Zero stars!! I guess I should have read all the terrible reviews involving Pablo & friends before I went. Clearly they’re not going to fix the problem as these reviews go back for some time. Sketchy practice. Was yelled at to go retrieve my things from the lockbox before the tech had sealed my urine sample. When I didn’t move to do so, he yelled even louder. I replied that I wasn’t moving until I saw my sample sealed as I’d just signed paperwork regarding chain of custody. In all of my urine testing at LabCorp, I’ve never not seen the vial sealed in my presence and there was a urine vial laying empty right beside my paperwork. He said he would test it so I would not be seeing it sealed. Given this and his other behavior, I’m highly suspicious that he’s taking urine samples for his own use to test clean. If I worked with someone with this level of psychotic behavior, I’d say a drug test was definitely warranted. Corporate-level LabCorp should do an incognito visit to evaluate their employees. If I were their administrator, I would be absolutely appalled at their behavior. I’m required to drug test frequently for travel contracts. LabCorp has notoriously terrible customer service, but this visit is the absolute worst experience to date. From the waiting room I could hear a lady berating & embarrassing a young man who had brought in a required sample. The employee I dealt with was disgustingly disheveled, instructions were slurred, impossible to decipher, & excessively loud/rude. When he had to repeat himself, for obvious reasons, the behavior escalated. Equipment was slammed on counters. He very loudly called out snide, sarcastic remarks to me as I exited the office past waiting patrons. Mr. Pablo N. would be better suited to employment that involves no human interaction. Avoid this location at all costs, there is a reason that LabCorp is not BBB accredited and have a slew of BBB complaints filed.

Unethical and extremely horrible customer service. The guy working the front desk has a horrible attitude. Seems like this place is hanging on by a thread.

Very busy at 10 am, The desk admin did her best to keep things flowing with as little chaos as possible, Some people didn't have their insurance, didn't speak much English, didn't use the check in terminals. She was patient but clear that she couldn't always do what they wanted, like call their doctor. The tech who drew blood was great. Kind and good at her job. Staff shortage is why so many LabCorps are closing. But I give them high marks in a difficult situation. Took about 1 hour with 14 ahead of me.

This place was terrible. Employees yelling at eachother, dropping the "F word" without any care. Not just talking to eachother, but literally screaming from the back to the front yelling at eachother where the entire waiting room could hear. The tester told me they were quitting, and didnt want their job anyway. Used the "F word" towards me and other patients and employees. They messed up the appointment time, and didn't care. It was just a ridiculous experience, especially for a police officer doing a pre-employment screening. Went to empty my pockets, and the tester said i better keep my stuff or theud take it. This was just crazy. Please dont subject future employees or patients to this location.

IS NOT INCLUSIVE WHEN DEALING WITH PEOPLE WITH ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE.We had a surgery soon and scheduled an appointment 2 weeks prior. We saw that there was an appointment time online available for the Friday after thanksgiving and wanted to make sure so we called them 5 times between before making the appointment and after. The lab was "too busy" to pick up and would "call back". Lab never called back.On the day before the test (Thanksgiving), we were sent an email that our appointment was cancelled because the stores were closed. We then made a new appointment the next week. When my parents showed up to the appointment (I live out of town), the people looked down on my parents for not being able to speak English well and did not take them seriously. They could not "find" our doctor's order for the lab and refused to service us. We called the lab and they said that they sent the orders in way in advanced (because again, this is our 2ND appointment a week later). Without any help, and when I was put on the phone with them, they waived me off since I was not there and kept saying "we cannot do anything because your doctor did not give the order", even after I explained that the order was given and to call the doctor. This place closes at 5:30, and we had an appointment at 4:30. They were trying to push us out and didn't want to wait for the order even though my doctor said they were sending it IMMEDIATELY.My doctor confirmed the order and we had to reschedule for today. Today is TWO DAYS before the surgery. Yesterday I called the doctor's office to double check that it was sent and they confirmed. I called Lab Corp every hour from 9AM to 4PM. EIGHT TIMES. and left EIGHT voice mails to please reach back out to me and confirm the lab orders were sent, and got ZERO call back or responses. There was no way to reach anyone by phone as even appointments are online.12/5/2023 Today, my mom showed up on her day off to ask early if the orders were in at 9AM in the morning (my dad needed the lab done and had to work until their 4:30 appointment). My mom was met with uncaring receptionist that could not simply relay the message that she needed to know the doctor's name. My mom works at a nail salon, she has decent English capabilities. She explained that she had a 4:30 appointment and wanted to check if the order was in just in case. My mom had to call me and have me tell the "helper" the doctor's name. The "helper" then proceeded to ENTER THE LAB IN and KEPT IT LIKE THAT EVEN THOUGH SHE DID NOT GET A SAMPLE FROM ANYONE.When my parents showed up for the 4:30 appointment. The staff again NEGLECTED them and kept repeating "your doctor needs to send the order in" without looking any deeper for the order. When my parents called me the lady talked to me as if I didn't know English repeating "your. doctor. needs. to. send. the. order."I began to cuss and yell due to the disrespect and explain that we went in EIGHT HOURS AGO and checked and it was CONFIRMED THERE IN THEIR DATA BASE. she continued to slowly talk to me like I did not speak English. It was until another man, who has been arguing with my parents, looked up the PENDING database, to see that the "helper" this morning basically processed it WITHOUT A URINE TEST.They then proceeded to quickly shuffle my parents in and then had the AUDACITY to ASK THEM WHAT TEST THEY NEEDED. THAT'S WHY YOU HAVE A DOCTOR'S ORDER YOU IDIOT.they finished and literally forced my parents out of the building as if they did something wrong. I was on the phone with my mom asking her to have them confirm where they were sending the tests because I don't trust them and they didn't even talk to my parents and basically shoo'ed them out of the building.

Pablo is awesome! My 10 year old son And 8 year old daughter love him! We are even going to go back and pierce his ears for him ?? hahaha was a joke we were making with him. For all those people calling him rude, maybe you should reevaluate your attitudes! Maybe it's YOU and NOT him. He can be a bit "sassy" but definitely not rude. But I don't blame him if I had grumpy people coming around me all day too. The whole staff here is great!! I would recommend them to everyone.

I went to this location as it was close to work. The front desk lady (Blonde, middle aged - wish I had written her name) was helpful and professional. Phlebotomists regularly have issues finding my veins, but Ashley took her time, found a place she liked and took care of business on the first try! It may not sound like a big deal, but it IS a big deal. Thank you Ashley! You were kind and very good at what you do!

I had no issues with this location. There was literally no wait time. The staff were efficient and nice. The only problem I had was the sign-in kiosk gives you the option to pay, and I attempted twice and the machine was not working. I was able to log in to my Labcorp account on my phone and pay during my 3 minute wait for the tech to come in. I recommend this location.

Booking an appointment online was super easy (although an appt is not necessary) my appt time was 130p and there was no wait. I handed my lab orders over to the gentlemen at the desk and he directed me into the lab. The phlebotomist was funny, super nice and made the process very relaxed. I had no issues with staff, wait times or anything else while I was there.

Apparently the online check in doesn’t actually work. I checked in and waited in my car for 50 minutes until I went inside to check. They weren’t busy so I went to the counter to ask if they were ready for me. A really rude lady gave me attitude and told me that she doesn’t know why the website tells us to check in online because it doesn’t work. As if it was somehow my fault. As if I was supposed to know that somehow.
