I went here for a blood test, which is usually not a very fun thing for me as most times I get poked and probbed several times, get sent home being told to drink more water, or simply get my blood taken from my hand. I was pleasantly surprised when Lorie B took less than a second to find my vein and get the blood! She was extremely skilled and it made my day :)

Friendly staff. Make blood work painless and easy. Don’t even feel the stick. This is a busy location though.

I live nearby and recommend this lab! I've been there twice now. The first time it was a bit crowded, and I needed to wait for 30 minutes. The second time, there were only a couple of people, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Everyone has been polite, and I felt that they treated me great! Additionally, both the blood test and the drug test were conducted professionally. 4/5 because of the waiting at the first time.

Very unprofessional office. I hear staff arguing with each other and insulting customers while people are in the waiting room.

Pablo and Apple were the best assistants I could have asked for! I'm deathly afraid of needles and not only did they reassure me every step of the way but made the whole experience as easy as possible as I cried almost the entire time. Not only that but they gave me advice for aftercare since I needed so much blood taken. I cannot recommend this office enough- especially if you get to be treated by these two people. Thank yall so much!!

Only come here if you have 2 plus hour to wait. They’re extremely slow. It looks like they’re low stuff. They need to hire more people to avoid wasting people time. It’s ridiculous!! I’m definitely not coming back.

This is a very busy bloodwork center and all of the employees are actively trying to do their best with the patient load and trying to make sure that everyone gets seen in a timely manner. I think that if you expect around one hour if you have no appointment time that should be plenty. Make sure to treat all of the employees with kindness!

Terrible experience! The first time they forgot to seal my urine sample so I had to come back and redo it. Then the same guy who did my urine sample was at the front desk and very rude to me when I returned to waste more time with them! They are super unprofessional!! They need new staff!!! I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!

Lab tech unprofessional seem to be having a bad day and used unnecessary roughness in drawing blood. You know whoyou are,say a pray and be kind to other that's your job just be thankful.
