Good gym, but very disconnected when it comes to group fitness classes. A regional supervisor is over instructors, and the clubs know nothing. You never know if the teacher is going to show up. The desk knows nothing and can't find out anything. So sometimes you wait 10-20 minutes hoping a teacher will show up.
They also can't seem to keep good teachers.

I love this location! Rhonda H. is the instructor for an aqua fit class that is so much fun! She has dance routines to complete in the water to uplifting music every time I go! She has the class participate in some friendly competition, sometimes in teams, other times just each person individually, but everyone is always very supportive of each other! If you’ve been thinking about trying aqua fit, I highly recommend going on Monday and Wednesday night at 6pm! You will have a wonderful time!

I like it and everything, but currently at the Belt Line branch they haven't fixed the Sauna for about 2 months. I don't know how much longer we have to wait.

Sauna has been out of service for nearly 6 weeks and there appears no plan to get it fixed. Many lockers are broken and the bathrooms aren't kept up well. Cancelling my membership as a result

Men's sauna is been down more than 2 weeks. The wood around it is broken. This stuff can be done in 2 hours including getting the wood2x2. This is insane. The manager can fix it.No one cares. We have been complaining about it for a 2 week.Today is 03/04/24. Thr Men's Saunna has not been fixed after many complaints about the the user's.I will update next week
