I love I shopped at this store for years I give this store a five but I have an issue here lately with Elvis behind the customer service area. He is not the man for a customer service not only has it been rude to me twice I've seen him be rude to four other people on three different occasions. I'm not trying to hate on him like I said I give the store on five stars but he does not belong behind the customer service desk he is only hurting your reputation that is just my my opinion. I'm sure he's good and at other areas in your store but that should not be one of them at customer service thank you for your time respectfully Rhonda Reda Hardy

Unbelievably BAD Customer Service Desk at this location! Imagine this, you walk in with your return item and an employee at the CS Desk, "Elvis" - who doesn't even greet you - though he's looking right at you. Instead, you have to ask him if he's ready to help you, before you step up to the counter. And the response you get is "That's why I'm standn' here." (Okay... I'm just trying to be respectful, but whatever. Let's proceed with the return transaction.) He's also a low-talker, so one has to really focus on what he's saying to hear or understand him. Not a great trait when your role definitely includes proper communication. He never even asked me what was wrong with the item. Why not?! He never spoke the words "Please", or "Thank You" through the entire encountwr. And, he certainly didn't mumble even a "Sorry" for Kroger having sold me a broken item and making me take the time to drive back and return it. Wow, who trains the CS Staff here? Or, does anyone? I mean, if you have no customer service skills, and you're a low-talker, who clearly doesn't want to help people - then why are you in a front-facing position at all? Go stock the shelves...
And note for Kroger management: your CS Desk is literally your last line of defense, you understand this, correct? It's your best "last-shot" at turning around a bad experience a shopper may have had, and how its handled may determine whether you keep that client - or perhaps lose them to your competition, for forever...

Kroger has always been a great place to shop and I thought when I was younger that it was way too expensive for me. In the times we are in now I have changed my mind about that. I do not have a problem with paying for food and anything else regardless of what the price is and I have taken up the mindset that I will pay for what I need really of the price. The best thing about this is I really enjoy this store. It's clean and well kept and the produce is awesome. The first time I went in to the vegetable area all the colors were bright and as I got closer I could tell that the produce was some of the best I've seen in a very long time. The whole presentation was really captivating and I have noticed that every store I have been in is the exact same way. The produce and the selections of vegetables displayed are just awesome

This Kroger doesn’t have sufficient workers . Each time that I visit this store .., I have to wait 15 minutes or more to get deli items.
There is only I person available in the deli..
I came on Friday after work for a neighbor that is homebound
Is it so difficult to secure enough workers?

This is the worst Kroger. For the past 6 years, I’ve had bad experiences almost every visit. The produce is not fresh. The facility is not clean. The employees are unprofessional. Self check-out is always busy. They rarely have enough check-out lines open with attendants during peak hours. Food items are often misplaced/mis-priced and they will not honor the mis-mark even thought it’s their fault. When using the employee ran check-out, I have regularly gotten awkward/negative comments on the food selection I’m buying. This is very uncomfortable for any customer. One time, I bought a pre-made birthday cake with a name on it and they requested that I come behind the bakery counter and write it myself with icing. What?! Several employees are extremely rude. One employee in particular, Elvis, has been rude, extremely unprofessional, and had a poor attitude to my husband and I on separate occasions, and even ignored my 2.5 year old daughter when she asked for a sticker. While ignoring my daughter, he was staring inappropriately at female customers leaving the store all while 3 other self-checkout lines were waiting for his assistance. I highly recommend avoiding this Kroger if you can.

I have been going here for over 10 years. I can count on one hand the poor service experience. But I have numerous excellent experiences here. From Elvis, Liem, To the Pharmacist MR.Lee , the managers, all the countless staff where I can’t remember the names - they all work hard and provide excellent service. I can count on fresh food, great prices, and super deals with online coupons. And resolutions if something is not right! I love my Kroger store!

Store very unprofessional and need to work on customer service when answering the phone it’s no reason no one there should know anything constantly saying “idk “ to customers is rude. they all lack professionalism and great customer service

Very good store, very well stocked, good meat department, very large produce department very well stocked, great bakery, and good deli. Usually a very very busy store but they do good at moving the checkout lines quickly. Staff are very friendly.

Horrible customer service. Kroger’s policies, at least at this location, are not customer friendly. In general it is super annoying that Kroger does not have consistent policies and prices at locations in the same area. Have finally made the decision to start shopping at stores that value customers instead of going to Kroger.
