Kroger Pharmacy on Centennial in Richardson has very knowledgeable pharmacists, efficient pharmacy technicians, and on time prescription refills. When the big storm blew through in late May and knocked out power, the pharmacy and staff allowed you to pick up your prescription order that was already filled. I thought that was good customer service. Although there is no drive thru , they have a walk-up window that people can pick up their order without having to go inside the store. I would like a little more privacy with the consultation area. Over all, I like and trust this pharmacy.

Deborah at the cashier helped me figure out how to use the digital coupons when I had a hard time figuring it out. During times like this when everything is on the rise it’s nice to save a few dollars. Thank you so much and have a blessed day!

This is my local Kroger and it's been good to us. I do see fruit flies occasionally in the produce area so it's not my favorite place to buy fruit from, but they are typically on point with everything else. The workers have always been kind to me and I like that they seem to hire people with obvious disabilities, but they do their job well.

I stopped in just to get a few items before work. The prices were a little higher than I was expecting but this store is in a convenient location. Check out was quick and efficient but being so early in the morning the employees were not very friendly.

Used the self check out and an item didn't ring up correctly. Hit the attendant notification and Kathleen came over and removed the item then rang it again. It still came up wring so she says it must be that price then. I explain it wasn't. She says I have to go over and look in a minute. She said another customer was trying to steal so she was watching her. After quite a while she goes to look and says it has to be on a digital coupon, you have to download it. I download it and it still rings wrong. She says, I don't know what to tell you except go to customer service. I'd been there quite a while and wasn't going over to wait in another line. I have been to other Kroger stores and they have entered the correct price at the register. Kathleen says she can't. I think she just didn't want to. She was sour this whole time. Some guy named Gilbert came over. I guess he's a manager and I start to tell him and he won't listen. Bad store, sullen employees and poor management. Hope they move out and an HEB comes in.

This store is terrible. It's poorly laid out, items are routinely not in stock, no staff to help locate items, and the cash slot on the self checkout registers don't work. Won't be back to this location

The African tech is very nasty. Her attitude is ugly just like her face. She told me to switch pharmacy because she doesn’t want me to be their customer. Well it’s not her store and I will go every day if I want to. I don’t think she likes her job. Be happy old lady. Mental health is real.

Wow. Tonight was an absolute disaster. The district GM should make a drive by and see the way this store looks tonight. The fruit flies were soooo bad, the produce section was down right DIRTY! Carts were everywhere in the parking lot. The shelves a total wreck. HORRIBLE!

The pharmacist and technicians at this Kroger location are knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. I especially appreciate the pharmacist , Peter Sok! He is amazing, and ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help me. Thank you Kroger pharmacy!

They had EXPIRED FOOD! Look at the date on the blueberries. Do not good here if you want fresh food.
