Great Pricing and Good Service

Paid $4000 for them to build me a new engine after my old one died on me. Told me that it would be fully covered by warranty. Two months later there’s white smoke coming out of the front hood and a check engine sign. I take it to the auto shop and they tell me that there is nothing wrong with the car.
Drive it again and the same thing keeps happening. I even took it to another mechanic shop but they told running a diagnostic would likely void the warranty. Long story short(er) the engine eventually dies and they tell me I have a blown gasket. But apparently their not obligated to cover it because it was my fault for letting the engine get hot.
Wish I could give them less than 1 star. They’re crooks. Would highly recommend getting your car serviced elsewhere

Mr. Diep at J&A Auto always gives me great service at a fair price. I swerved and hit a curb so hard it knocked the front right tire off. I collected the tire and had it towed to his shop on Thursday. He found all the parts and had it back together and running by Monday.

Was treated very poorly. I came back multiple times when they told me and they kept saying next time. They should tell me if they don't want to service me. I came back assuming it was in good faith. Very bad discrimination

I had the same person work on my cars for years and then he retired. I thought I would never find someone I could trust that has fair prices, does excellent work and that I could trust. Mr. Dietz (hope I spelled correctly) is that person. I recommend J&A Auto to anyone that will listen! It is a huge relief to have them when we need them.
