I've been trying for years to get my copper necklace for a decade. No one was able to to do it. They fixed and not just cleaned it but polished it also. I was in Ah when I say it. It looked better then when I bought it. I'm going back to them for anything. I didn't by any of the jewlery they had but looked. They have a great selection I will be going to them for jewlery and repairs my jewlwery I have. I wish I can give more then 5 stars. PS they are very nice and friendly. What an experience

The gentleman at the front helped me by fixing a broken clasp on my necklace. He did it very quickly and was very friendly. This is the second time I've visited for a broken piece of jewelry. Each time I've visited, he's been very professional and helpful.

I had great service getting watch batteries replaced. The pricing is not to high (unlike those places in the mall) and did not take very long. Note that they specialize in jewelry and do not sell watches, but will do the battery replacements at least.

Darryn Huffman, Owner of Huffman Jewelry in Richardson, TX is the ONLY jeweler you'll ever need or want! He is a full-service jeweler who also specializes in custom engagement rings. His work is beautiful, he is honest and just an overall great guy! Check it out this article for yourself! You'll be glad you did! It starts with his love for jewelry as a kid. I first became a customer of his back in the 80's! Jewelry is very personal and for that you need a very personal jeweler you can trust. Let me tell you, Darryn is that guy. I learned that lesson the hard way. Here's my story. I have a heirloom ring that was so beautiful, but way too big and I actually had it come off my hand unknowingly 3 times. So I found a local jeweler to resize it. What I didn't know was that he sent all his work to someone else. When I picked it up I learned the center stone prongs had to be fixed or I was going to lose the diamond. The work had already been done, so my total was much more than quoted. I had to take it in 2 more times, each to replace a couple of missing baguettes. Looking back, I don't think anything was done with the prongs and I think the baguettes were most likely the ones Darryn had to fix. Imagine my dismay upon discovering one day that my center stone (3/4ct) was gone! For weeks I couldn't empty my vacuum before sifting through it looking for my diamond. I was devastated. I was so upset with the jeweler who obviously didn't do such a good job on those prongs. I put the ring away knowing that it would be a long, long time before I could even consider replacing that stone. It had to be over a year later when one day while vacuuming my staircase, that I actually found my diamond just sitting on one of the stairs! I'm guessing one of my cats happened to find it and must have been playing with it! After I found the diamond, of course I wanted to get my ring fixed so I reached out to Darryn. Because I live in Las Vegas I had to ship it to him. Admittingly, I was reluctant to hand it over to the USPS. but Darryn assured me that he has never had a problem. As promised he let me know the package arrived and he had already looked it over. "It just arrived! Looking it over the ring condition is good. The prongs on the other hand worn out. That's why the center stone came out. This is a platinum ring (not gold) so it would have taken many years of wear to get this worn. Platinum wears 3 times longer than gold does! I would recommend rebuilding the 6 prongs on the center diamond. Also the end "v" prong on each of the six pear shaped. And the end prong on each of the baguette cut diamonds (40). That would totally restore this ring and make it like brand new and wearable for another 30-40 years. If that is too much I can rebuild the worst ones (which is still a bunch) probably 2/3's of them. Also you might think about an appraisal on it so you can get it insured as this ring is $$$. I also see one baguette is knocked way down in its setting (way crooked) and I'll take it out and build up underneath it so it can't happen again. It's a beautiful ring and it will come alive again once I get thru with it! LMK how to proceed. Thanks" "I've got all the major work done on your ring with just the clean up detailing, polishing, and rhodium yet to do. I'll get it finished today. Should be able to put it on the road home tomorrow. I'll let you know when it's on its way with a tracking number." Communication was great; service was not only trustworthy, it was efficient and the work is outstanding! I knew exactly what my cost would be after he looked it over and the pricing was extremely fair. It was delivered as promised and I never stressed which is priceless! I am completely impressed! I have always had total confidence in Huffman Jewelry, but the results totally shocked me to be honest. This experience I had to share. My ring is so beautiful that I can't stop staring at it. I am thrilled! THANK YOU for your excellent work

We came in to get some links taken out of my son’s watch and the did an excellent job. They charge $16 and they gave him great service. It was prompt and on the spot. Will definitely come here again.

My mother received a beautiful diamond ring, from her Father, after graduating college in 1955. It is a ring I have always admired. I inherited that ring, after Mother passed and after she took the stones out, over 30 years ago, to use in other pieces of jewelry. Lucky enough, I have most of the stones she took out of the ring. The setting of the ring didn't look salvageable to me. The jeweler that took the stones out of the setting, damaged the setting and the prongs and there were many prongs. I took, what I had, to Darren to see if it was worth trying, to bring the ring back, to it's original beauty. About a week later, the ring was ready and I never expected how it turned out! Tears came rolling down my face when I saw what a beautiful work Darren did. I never thought I would see this ring again. Thank you Darren for bringing her to life again!! PS: I was so impressed with Darren's work, I asked him to design a wedding ring for me too! And boy did he hit it out of the park! I have the most beautiful wedding ring than I ever though imaginable!!!! Thank you again Darren and Huffman Jewelry!
