I love this hennas I get the Brazilian bikini wax, I always go their to see SELENE she’s the reason for my visit at this place as she is kind,friendly and gentle on the body waxing.
I totally love that the owner makes her own natural wax, which is another reason for me driving as far as I do to come them!

Terrible service I usually have someone here cut my hair short and straight line very simple. But the lady that cuts my hair was busy so the owner cut my hair and left it really ugly and looked chopped I expected her to be good at her job but she did terrible and I had to wait for the lady to finish with her client to fix my hair. She did great like always. I wanted to talk to the owner and she had went to hide in the back because she knew she’s terrible at her job I wanted to pay half price for the terrible job she did and my hair to be cut shorter than what I wanted and she snatched my car keys from the counter and broke one of my key chains off I had to call the police because that was harassment . I told the officer to look at the cameras and he saw that she grabbed my keys violently. I do not recommend this place for any of the services . The owner is very unprofessional and have a nasty attitude towards her clients.

What I asked for on the 2nd picture vs what I got! Never returning for henna again. The lady tried to argue that they are not “tattoo” artists but this is henna so don’t advertise that you can do it but really you’re horrible at it. They didn’t want to take ownership of this mistake so I will be contacting my bank.

Came here to get eyebrows threaded and I walked in and sat down waiting to be called for the next available person & 3 people came on after me and got serviced before I did. Next, a lady was finished with another persons service and proceed to go do Heena with another lady and her client. After that happen I got up and left and the manager rushed outside and said “hey what you need” at that point I told her don't worry about it and went to a better servicing salon called Namaste Brows. I had been coming there for over 5 years and the service quality has became really poor.

The lady who did my threading did so effortlessly and relatively painless for full face threading. And afterwards, my face was glowing! Quick, affordable effective service. Excellent!

I was there this past Saturday 05/11/24 and got lashes done. Unfortunately I now have an infection in my eyes. Green stuff coming out. This is very unacceptable! I have to go see my doctor for this. I won't be coming here and I don't recommend here EVER

Came here after several years and after another salon (Glam India) stole my money without rendering service. Three ladies working, steadily busy but extremely quick. The lady who did my threading did so effortlessly and relatively painless for full face threading. No issue or questions at all. And afterwards, my face was glowing! Quick, affordable effective service. Excellent!

I took my daughter, niece and 20 month old grand daughter to have mehndi done for my daughter and niece only. The sign outside said mehndi done for $7. My daughter sat at one of the chairs when the mehndi artist immediately started putting mehndi on the back of her hand. No price was mentioned. Then my grand daughter was standing by my daughter and then the artist begain to draw on her hand without permission. My niece sat down in another station and the artist was pressuring her to pick a design so my niece was very turned off and didn't get her mehndi done. When my daughter went to the counter to pay and they charged her $25 for only one side of her one hand. The worst experience was finding out later that they used a chemical mehndi that dries with in 30 minutes. The artist failed mentioned that it was chemical mehndi. When my daughter got her home her hand was feeling tingling and burning. She washed it immediately and put aloe vera on it. What is worse is that the artist had the nerve to put chemical mehndi on my 20 month old grand daughter!! This place has terrible customer service!!!!!!

Thrupti and Kiran did a great job with male and female eyebrows (threading). The price is unbeatable - $5, and the place is well kept. Will come back to get eyebrows done in future

The level of cheap the owners here are is beyond gross and a deal breaker. Will never ever support this salon again. Their waxing ladies are so good. I usually go to Heena and Mckinney who are just as good, but today I happened to be in this area.
I am beyond disgusted and appalled. I wanted to leave a credit card tip but they would not allow me to tip more than $10 because of “fees”
It’s so sad even their employees know what kind of trash owners they have. Why they work for them still is beyond me.
I had to get the employees phone number to zelle her a $20 tip. You cheap cheap people god save your souls!!!
If you’re this cheap with employees in your customers are made aware of God knows what else you do and I would rather take My Business elsewhere

I have been going to Heena's for several years for threading, eyebrow tinting and limited waxing services. PROS: Accessible prices and efficient threading, eyebrow tinting & waxing services. CONS: The salon itself is questionable, in regards to its overall hygene/cleanliness, salon aesthetic and general tidiness. From my years of being a patron, the staff is versed in threading, tinting, menhdi and waxing, however the staff lacks professional and trade polish. The upselling is consistent and one can feel like any stylist suggestion or giving advice is heavily weighted by end-profit rather than genuine expert advice. I have been to the Richardson, Plano and Irving locations and my sentiments would be the same for all. I consider myself an advocate for small business', but small business can get it wrong too, as this salon evidently has and continues to.
I am anxiously waiting for someone to take over this market/salon specialty who is truly committed to provinding a much more professional, polished and star-worthy experience. If anyone reading this has any alternate salon recommendations please provide the info. ~ Thanks.
