Autoflex is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I reached out on a last minute notice and Gary was the first to reach out to me. He handled everything so quickly and professionally, and I drove off in a car in two days. The process was simple and he was extremely easy to work with, and was transparent with every single detail. He was thorough and most of all, extremely kind. Go visit Gary at Autoflex!!

Emmanuel and Alice are the most fraudulent liars EVER !! They basically had me waste 3 days of back and forth to only lie and deny my car loan. I recommend anyone searching for a vehicle to avoid them by any means.

As a 4 time Autoflex customer, I expected much better. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Autoflex Leasing in Richardson less than a year ago and have had NOTHING but trouble with it. Having spent almost 4 thousand dollars in repairs for a vehicle only worth 14 thousand in trade, it made no sense to continue pouring money into it when my mechanic, of all people, told me he no longer wanted to take my money for the exuberant repair costs. At that point I contacted my salesman to discuss options. I was told I had essentially no options for trading it in without paying the additional negative equity, for a vehicle that I have already poured nearly $4k into in repairs. I would think they would do their best to make it right, considering 1) the amount of repairs in less than a year from purchase date, and 2) the customer loyalty I THOUGHT I had built up. I will no longer be doing business here considering this is how they do business when customers are loyal to them, they leave them high and dry

I feel so bad that I didn't write a review years ago and maybe help save some people from these 2 who run this place. Apparently, they are known crooks. I received a car from David Blassingame, so sold my personal car, and days later got invited into Andy Adams office and David had told him that he had not authorized the transaction, which he had personally. I know because David was the one who offered the car. Andy said either way it was null and void and took the car back right there and then. They claimed the car was still on a lease and would not be paid off for months and they could not let anyone else have it. I had to call my husband to come get me, or buy one of their other cars, I didn't want. It was like they thought they were going to dictate to me. They were sleezy. I got the heck out of there as fast as I could. It was especially odd to see someone, David, just sit there and blatantly lie and Andy seemed to be lying too. I subsequently heard that if Andy Adams lips are moving, he is lying. I guess they got a better offer for the car, or just thought because I was a young mother they could take advantage of us. It has bothered me and I am glad I have said something and hope my words spare someone else.

I have now purchased my second automobile from Auto Flex and I am happy that I did. Alice is so nice and always on point. The money guys are hardworking and reasonable. I always feel that I am being taken care of when I do business here. I appreciate them so much and will be back when I am ready to upgrade!

Kevin Meachem at Autoflex Leasing made our car buying experience easy!! He was so accommodating and helped me get the numbers down to what I needed them to be. Looking for a vehicle during this time has been a nightmare, but Kevin more than made up for it. I highly recommend checking out Autoflex Leasing!!

Stopped by to look around, found a truck I liked that had a window sticker of 51k. On the lot for 45 minutes and saw nobody. Contacted them via website. Got a call back 20 minutes later just for them to tell me it was priced wrong and was 65k. Is that not false advertising?

My niece introduced me to this company and after looking at the website I noticed they had the car I wanted. My niece was so kind to give my information to this salesman named Reggie and I got a car. She'd done all of the work and all I did was test drive, sign, and drive. It was a decent experience. The issue lies with the referral payout that my niece was guaranteed to get 2 weeks later for all her leg work. From my understanding the company offers this bonus. After my car purchase she also helped another family member get a car. After a month or more my niece only received the run around, never a referral check. It has been almost 60 days and my niece and I were told that the shady car salesman Reggie listed someone else on my application as the one who referred me!!! Not only on my car, but my family members car as well. When my niece contacted this thief, he advised her to refer someone to him for solar energy and she would receive a $1000 referral fee! Why does this thief think my niece would send any other business to his unethical, manipulative, underhanded, shady criminal self?!? I contacted the dealership and spoke to a very nice customer service rep named Nicole and she basically told me there is nothing they can do. In other words, they don't give a damn! My family plans to take legal action and we will not stop until my niece is paid the money that was stolen from her! She is 18 and paid thousands of dollars that she worked hard for to get her first car and she brought this shady company more customers and they spit on her! I plan to leave a review on every site that will allow it, including the BBB because if they will callously steal from an innocent 18 yr old, these unscrupulous people will steal from you!! Do not shop with them!!!

DO NOT GOT TO THIS COMPANY. If I could put 0 stars I would. I purchased a truck from them and within 1 month it would run/start, they took the truck back to "check" it 6 times and their only solution was for us to put down $3000 for another vehicle which is double what I put down for the truck. My fiancé and I decided to take the truck to a dealership to get it checked out where they are saying to fix the truck it will cost $3000, so not only are we paying $500 a month with a high interest rate, now we have to pay $3000 to either fix the truck or $3000 down for a new vehicle. We have had the truck for 6 months now and the longest we have had it running without having issues was for the first month we had it. The company doesn't care because they got their money and their solution is to put down thousands of dollars for a new vehicle through them. If I could go back in time I would NEVER work with this company. You're better off paying in full for a used crappy vehicle than to get into a contract with this company and be spending a massive amount on your monthly payment, cost to fix the vehicle, and the stress of not having transportation to your job that ultimately pays the monthly payments for the vehicle.

I would never recommend anyone buy a car here. We have had our car for 2 years and now it needs a major repair, we were told we had an extended warranty, then find out the warranty was canceled 19 days after purchasing our car. Bring this to their attention and then there is another excuse. I feel we were lied to, misled and overpaid for what we've gotten. We were taken as suckers! Don't be the next one!

I am now driving the 7th vehicle that I have leased, this my first from Autoflex Leasing. Each person that I have dealt with thus far have been exceptional. First Pete Neesham, now retired after 30 years, and today I spoke with Mike Pennington. Mike was extremely professional, friendly and patient in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. Also I have received 2 emails personally from David Blassingame, co-host of the best show on radio, "Saturday Morning Test Drive" along with Tami Picard and Sybil Summers. I am looking forward to my future association with Autoflex Leasing.

To: Trey Truxel From: Robert Saye Dear Sir, We recently purchased a Ford Escape from your company for my daughter. Everyone was helpful and responsive to our questions. She is thrilled with the vehicle. Now this is my problem. We spoke with your sales representative Joseph D. Quintana. My daughter explained to him that she wanted to lease a car, as she was undecided on a specific vehicle. When he checked her credit we found out that, she did not qualify to lease. He told us that she would be able to purchase a car; I told him that I would co-sign for her, as I wanted the car in her name to help her build credit. He told me that was how he would get it done for us. Move forward to the day we picked up the car from him. We met to sign the paperwork; I thought all was as we had decided. After we received the payment paperwork, it listed me as the buyer. All the paperwork is in my name. My daughter is listed as co-buyer. Mr. Quintana did not state that there was a change in my daughter buying the car and me being the co-signer. He changed it without telling us of this change up front. This did not allow us to make a decision to accept this arrangement or go a different direction. My daughter was really hurt and saddened by this outcome as she was excited to be able to get this in her name. I made two mistakes: the first was to trust that he performed his job with honesty and integrity and the second was that I did not take a closer look at the paperwork. My son is looking at leasing a vehicle very soon. I was going to recommend that he contact your company for a new vehicle but now I would advise him to look at your competitors. All I can say is I have never experienced a group of organized staff that starts from consultant (Ms. Jody) calling and pairing you up with a salesperson. I was just fortunate to have a heartfelt, distinguished lady by the name of ALICE BENNETT, who made my experience of car buying "Magic", in less than a few hours. Pueblo the fiancé guy, will make your dreams come True!!! Can't say enough about Autoflex Leasing!!! Car buying EASY for me....
