Other parent has to approve of the off site. Not sure why they advertise like it is open but it isn't. Is that not fraud to do custody orders that require visitation at a place that is not open??

Currently using Hannah's House for a civil transition from settled court cases, to regular visitations with my 3 year old little girl. The Mother and I communicate through an App, and Hannah's House also communicates with and for us at times, so we're able to agree on Time and dates to meet for visitation. The paperwork process was simple, and they got the ball rolling immediately after I sent. The supervisors at our visitation allowed my daughter and I to bond and connect. It felt relieving to have them there. Good people to make sure everything is okay. I HIGHLY recommend Hannah's House to anyone who's experiencing this difficult Time. It's BEYOND WORTH IT! It's not about either party involved, it's about the child. And Hannah's House not only makes that clear, they Live it, and express it passionately through their work.

This is the best rehab I have ever been to. This place changed my life and I don’t know where I would be without Hannah’s House. They have the best staff that genuinely cares and works hard to get to know each individual. I found a purpose again and will always have a special place in my heart for this place.

The staff is wonderful and very thoughtful when it comes to helping parents enjoy what time they’re able to have with their children. These people are the real MVP’s at what they do and they love doing it.

I cannot speak on other's experience, however my experience with Hannah's House was great! The supervisors were competent and experienced, which allowed for a safe environment for me to interact with my child. I definitely recommend Hannah's House.

Interesting that so many parents are losing all access to their children when ordered to their visitation here. Since when is it acceptable to have visitation ordered to a visitation site that is not operational and orders are unenforceable. Sounds to me like termination of parental rights without due process. - Zero stars if possible

It’s a horrible place. My mother went to have her eyelashes done and the next day they were ruined. When she went back the next day she asked for her money back the owner of the place told her to leave the place. They were not going to fix the problem or give her her money back. She said her employee spend the time doing her eyelashes one by one and that was not true they installed the cheapest eyelashes out there.. they were sticking to each other and to the point where I was not able to open my eyes.

Hannah’s House is exceptional and offers an excellent forum in which supervised visitations can occur! The supervisors are loving and put the children first. Highly recommend them.

This place is freaking horrible...the staff is very rude and highly uneducated. Very unprofessional and has poor communication skills. It has a weird odor inside and the lady who monitored my visitation was not the easiest to converse with. They're not interested in the well being of the child what so ever......it felt more like visiting a prison vs spending time with my child. I would never recommend this place to anyone....not even my enemy.
