Not bad location and rooms are better than most I've seen. Breakfast is good but just need improve on keeping the Breakfast area fill.

Dylan was the best hostest at the hotel, we love him. The door to the bathroom that doesn't close right but has a huge crack that you cant close or no fan to air out the bathroom was awkward with kids with us but that wasn't dylanys faultm

Terrible customer service from the area event supervisor AUSTIN ..his communication skill & attitude put this motel in bad position.I ll happily take my business to a different hotel as I was told by him to take my business somewhere else .The guy think he is running the W.

No complaints about staff or service; everybody was very nice and responsive. Pretty good b'fast. Room was weird; 1bd king, with a sofa. The TV is mounted facing a blank wall, with the bed to the left and the sofa to the right. Designed by somebody unfamiliar with what a TV does, I suppose. Not really a "suite"; no kitchen amenities (plates, tableware, etc). Very quiet.

Great, quiet hotel. In an area with a lot of parking but not near any major roads, so I never heard any cars at night. My room was on the backside of the hotel. Quality was on par for a Hampton Inn of newer build. Housekeeping by request, as it says on a sticker in the bathroom.Rooms: Standard Hampton Inn room. Bathroom had a few rough spots finish-wise but was nice and clean. Clean sheets, nothing off hygiene-wise.Walkability: Sidewalks yes, but would highly recommend car.

Terrible experience here I was placed in 2 rooms the numbers where 227 and 431 and both of them had beg bugs which I have proof of because I took videos and pics. I didn’t even stay a full night because I was so uncomfortable after being moved into a second room which was 431 where I seen bed bugs for the second time. The manager will not give me a refund they claim that pest control didn’t see anything which I know is a complete lie. Do not stay here unless you want to be a bedbugs late night snack.

Excellent stay. Room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed, easy access to free WiFi and plenty of outlets and USB connections. Staff was friendly and helpful.Breakfasts were really good, just about anything you could want. And the location is convenient for all of Richardson and surrounding towns.

Tanya at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable for my stay! Superb customer service. Hilton should be honored to have her as an employee!!!!

I requested housekeeping on 3 separate occasions for my 7 night stay and never once received it. When I asked for a manager on my 6th day, they weren't in. The only reason I'm not rating it a one is because the location is great and the hotel itself is nice.

Stayed here for nine nights. I would definitely return to this hotel. New facility, clean, modern and great location. Very quiet: you cannot hear the non-stop roar of traffic from nearby Central Expressway. Typical Hampton Inn free breakfast. Will not disappoint.

Nice, clean hotel, helpful staff. Breakfast was pretty good, with do it yourself Texas- shaped fresh waffles, fresh fruit, cooked oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, hot eggs and sausage, muffins, toast and bagels as well as a variety of fruit juice and coffee. Housekeeping is not automatic and has to be requested 24 hours in advance, which I feel is ridiculous. However, the front desk staff provided new towels, toilet paper, etc. upon request.

This is one of the most grungy outdated no service on the TV Armani the guest service representative will lie and say he assisted you with something and he never did. I had to call customer service and let them know that the hotel was just horrible and he lied to them and told them that he help me out there are no channels on the TV. The guide is on there and it doesn’t serve a purpose because he sit there and told me his self that spectrum had updated the cable TV and messed up the guide. If you click through the channels, you would notice at the TV has a static in it. The only thing that was on my TV, Latino channels sports and news. and that’s what I had to deal with for the entire night. My son was with me we couldn’t watch anything we had to watch our iPad very outdated room. I would never stay here again. The hotel is not even near luxury or comfortable. I’d rather stay at home2suites or TRU hotels.
