Had the worst hair coloring experience here. The lady there put my hair in foil with bleach for highlights and it started getting really hot and was steaming/smoking, I asked her to check and she was very distracted as she was working on multiple people at once and did not pay attention, she moved them around a bit and said it should be fine.She said that it was probably my body heat that was causing the reaction!!! Like what??!!!After she was done coloring, my hair felt very crunchy and was breaking when she tried to comb it, I asked her about it and again she dismissed it saying a bit of damage is normal, it’ll smooth out soon.It did not, all the hair that was colored kept breaking and I couldn’t comb my hair without bunches of it breaking off for several months till it grew out.She was very unprofessional and distracted the entire time I was there, which was a part of the problem.She could have rescheduled if she didn’t have the time to do it instead of permanently damaging my hair.Would not recommend at all.
