What a great experience with Greentec. It started with a clear website of the process of ordering and installing a hybrid battery. When the battery came in, I took my car to the local garage in Dallas and Dakota had me up and running in 1 hr. And all my warning lights went off! Best of all, the price was half of the Toyota dealership! Thank You Greentec! I recommend them !

Greentec was great to work with. They kept me informed every step of the way. I was able to get a hybrid battery with a 3
yr warranty for my Infiniti Q50 at Greentec for a fraction of what the Infiniti dealership was going to charge. Greentec was also the only place in all of DFW that had a battery for my Infiniti. I hope I never need another hybrid battery, but if I do, I will definitely call Greentec. Great, great customer service, which is hard to find anywhere anymore.

They are very quick at installation and stand behind their product. Michael provides great customer service.

I had a great experience with this company. My 2007 Toyota Prius had the red triangle and would not drive unless I cleared the code but it was only temporary. I didn't like driving it that way, and major cities for service were far away from my home. This company drove to my home in Southwest Oklahoma from Dallas. A 4 hour drive. They put in the replacement hybrid battery in my garage. I paid $450 for that service but it was well worth it and the hybrid battery I got was on sale and more than half the price cheaper than what the Toyota dealership quoted me for a new OEM hybrid battery. I didn't want a new battery I just wanted a reconditioned one to give me some more driving years with the car. Turns out I also am getting better gas mileage with the reconditioned battery I get about 7 miles per gallon more which is awesome. I bought the slightly higher capacity battery with the 2 year warranty. Great customer service!

Great service they were able to take care of battery issue with my camry hybrid quickly and without any problems. The young man (curtis) was out of Dallas office, I live in Lousana his knowledge and professional skills were outstanding very thorough in removing and installing battery. I would recommend this company for any hybrid battery issues. Great job

I struggled to find a place that would replace the battery on my Model S P85. I initially went to somewhere else called Recell in San Antonio which was cheaper, but I ended up having the worst living nightmare experience ever. I finally got the help I needed from Greentec. They not only fixed my car at a good price but they did it in a matter of days. On top of that Michael the manager at the Garland location even helped reinstall my front bumper and repaired the air suspension fill valve that was leaking. They gave me great service. For all of you DFW folks, this is the place to go if you don't want to go to Tesla. Now if I could get them to give me a good deal on replacing my drive unit. ?

I needed a hybrid battery for my Prius and after buying one used from a salvage and it turning out to be bad as well. I decided to just buy a remanufactured one. I searched around for the best price on one and that was GreenTech. For only $300 more than what I paid for a used one I could buy one of theirs with a 12-month warranty. That's what I should have done in the first place. The nearest GreenTech Auto from me is in Dallas which is 4 hours away but I wanted to save on shipping cost sending my core back, so I would just drive down there and get it. After talking to the manager Michael, he said that he would actually meet me about 45 minutes north with the battery so that I didn't have to drive all the way in to the Dallas Metro. If that's not customer service then I don't know what is. Terrific service, terrific price, terrific manager. My Prius is up and running, the red triangle of death is gone and it's running better than ever.
