I recently visited a jewelry store and had an excellent experience. The selection of jewelry was impressive, with a wide range of styles and designs to choose from. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the diamonds, which were stunning and clearly of high quality. The staff took the time to explain the different grades of diamonds to me and helped me select the perfect piece of jewelry for my needs.I had a great experience and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for high-quality jewelry. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the selection was impressive, and the customer service was top-notch.

Govindji Jeweler’s are no doubt the best jewelry showroom in DFW . There collection is exquisite & they have the most variety I have seen in any showroom in DFW area. Trust me I have everywhere around from Irving, Coppell, dallas, plano.. But nothing like Govindji. There staff is excellent and customer service is incredible. There staff has won my heart with service and amazing patience & I am only going to them for any future purchase.

ATTENTION PLEASE FOR EVERYONE DON'T SHOP AT THIS SHOP THEY ARE A CHEATING THE GOLD.You do not respect your customers after a month of waiting. Is the price of gold today the same as a month ago? You are a gold trader and you know that the price has increased by $200 for this reason and after a month of waiting. You don’t care for losing a customer ?

I will definitely be returning to this store! Not only does Govindji’s have an exquisite collection, their customer service is excellent. The entire team went the extra mile to make sure my family and I were well taken care of. After many bad experiences at other luxury stores, I am glad I have found such I remarkable one to continue to purchase from in the future.

BUYER BEWARE! We have been customers of Govindji’s for about 6 years now, but over the years, we’ve noticed that their quality AND customer service have been diminishing. I bought my husband’s white gold wedding band from them about 5 years ago, and he hardly wears it due to the job he has. It started tarnishing and and turning red. Yes, you read that right…RED! We went to the store a few months ago, and was asked by the greeter what we needed help with. I told her that my husband’s ring was tarnishing and she quickly went to the back and brought the owner to come talk to us (red flag). He explained that white gold is only 92% pure and the other 8% is rhodium. Additionally, he told us that it needs to be replated with rhodium every 3-5 years and the charge for this is $60 (I believe); however, he told us he’d do it for free for us. What’s interesting is that it was starting to turn red, but my entire wedding band set (2 bands) with the engagement ring from Kay’s is worn almost everyday and there are NO signs of tarnishing on it. It makes you wonder where these guys get their products from. Furthermore, the owner gets some kind of sick pleasure repeatedly stating that he’s been in business longer than any of the other Indian jewelry stores in the area. Yet, their quality and customer service are subpar. Another thing we have noticed repeatedly is that the customer service isn’t equal for all customers. Yes, if you’re Indian like we are, they will do everything in their power to secure a sale from you. However, others can be waiting to receive help for a substantially long period of time. This is NOT right! It doesn’t matter what you look like - everyone deserves the best customer service. After all, without the customers, you don’t have a business! On that same day, my husband wanted to look for a thicker banded gold ring as he didn’t find any that he had liked at other jewelry stores. We were a bit skeptical purchasing from them again, but he had found one that he really liked and we believe in second chances, unfortunately. He asked for it to be engraved with the first letter of our names that were joined by an ampersand. Mind you, the owner was the one who was helping us with the sale. He told us that it would take a week to complete the engraving and that I could pick it up after that. Fast forward a week, and I arrived on a weekday as the store was opening and there was no greeter at the front, the employees appeared to be opening the registers for the day and fixing the displays. That was pretty surprising as everyone should be ready to go and helping customers by the time the store opens. I quickly located a girl to help me as NO ONE had bothered to approach me first, and she located my husband’s engraved ring. I checked the engraving and asked her why the ampersand wasn’t present and instead, our initials were connected by a dash. I also asked if there’s a way to fix it. She said “Oh, our jeweler isn’t here today and they used a dash instead. Otherwise, the engraving would be squeezed together.” What the??? And why didn’t the owner tell us about this when we made the purchase since apparently he’s been in business longer than anyone else, right (or so he claims)? Umm ok, she handed me the ring and I said what about putting it in a box? They didn’t actually expect me to stick my husband’s ring in my purse all willy nilly, did they? And when you’re paying top dollar for a product (since this place isn’t cheap by any means), you better darn right put the customer’s product in a box. How do they not know this? Absolutely ridiculous! We told ourselves that we will never go back and will not recommend Govindji’s to anyone. They really need to invest in better quality products and training their staff on providing exceptional customer service.EDIT: Yogesh, kindly check the white (merchant) copy of the receipt and you will find that with your OWN handwriting an ampersand was to be included in the engraving, which it was NOT. This was an error on YOUR business/jeweler’s part. Take accountability instead of backpedaling!

We have been buying from them and can say the customer service is zero. No one to greet or help. We looked around, waited and then left the store. Thanks but no thanks! Not visiting again. We went to Malani jewelers instead and bought the items.
