The two staff members who did my manicure and pedicure spoke Vietnamese and was not aware that I am also Vietnamese and can understand everything they said. On two occasions the lady who was doing my pedicure said how ugly my feet were and why am I even getting my feet done. The lady who was doing my manicure hurt me 4 times doing my nails, she said I was lazy and it was tiring doing my hands, why I didn't get them done sooner. She was slamming her equipment and had an angry face the entire time and made many mistakes. My opinion is that they are not professional and did not do a good job (the polish was uneven and clumpy) for me. It is hurtful to have to pay for services and get insulted.

I've personally been coming here since I was a little girl and I wish I could pack the store up and bring it to where I moved. They've always been nice, quick, and easy. Any problems I have, they're also quick to listen and correct.

Honest evaluation - I felt my pedicure results could have been achieved at home from me with effort. I would have somehow rationalized this if I selected the lowest option but, I did not. Slow down and think about service requirements from your clients. Ask questions - Maybe my feet were not in need of a lot of work but, I felt there could have been more focus in other areas to maximize results. Nice people and environment was nice.

I first went last Tuesday to do full set gel nails. And god were they careless. The lady was using the tools roughly. Two of my fingers bled. And even after that it turned out really bad as you can see.
I gave them a benefit of doubt and went back yesterday to do new set but it was same. They just don’t use the tools carefully. My nails weren’t cleaned properly and the gel nails, they were bad. Not the shape I wanted. The corners are abrupt. I don’t if it was just me who had such a bad experience or what. Was it because I am a student and so not that important customer? I mean paid $45 for both time and both the time I wasn’t satisfied with the service. And my fingers burn and hurt. Think twice before you visit. Just look how poorly you’ve done the nails. Not once but twice. And as a student I feel like I just wasted my $90(which means a lot) on such bad nails.

I have gone here for over 6 years for my nails and pedicures. They have new ownership since 2021 and I have had an even greater experience. This holiday season I love the ambiance. I will be bringing my daughters for a fun Christmas spa experience.

First time visit trying to kill time from errands. The neck massage and arm massage was awesome but the Deluxe mani was just ok. My nail polish should not be peeling/chipping 30 mins after leaving appt. JS!!

Wonderfully attentive and friendly! This group of ladies corrected the subpar work from a completely different salon. I will definitely return to this salon. They were welcoming, listened to my concerns, checked to ensure their work was what I envisioned. Great experience and highly recommend.Services: Nail polish changes

I’m going to start by mentioning that this was my third and last time coming here. The very first time I came to Glamour and requested an acrylic full set, the nail tech named Kathy started arguing with me on how dip powder is better (and more expensive) and that is what she is doing. I said “ok, let’s try it out”. One week later one of my nails cracks, and another one completely falls off. The second time I came for another full set, this time requesting another tech. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, it was an older lady and she did an amazing job, I had requested a complicated design and she did great. Today I came back at around 12:30 pm, with a bunch of nail techs greeting me with eye rolls. Not one of them said a simple “hello”. I, again, requested an acrylic set since those tend to hold on my nails much longer. The first tech I had a disagreement with, Kathy, started working on my nails. I remembered her and kept clarifying that I want an acrylic full set, and she kept saying “yeah, a dip”. I ended up stopping her before she got to put any product on my nails and making sure that I am getting an acrylic set. She kept telling me that dip is better and that it will last me much longer. I had to remind her that when she did my nails the first time, they were gone by the end of the first week due to her poor skills. She yelled for another tech to come, and left the station without any explanation. Sandy, the nail tech that was sent to me, was trying her very best, which is much appreciated, however, it was obvious that she’s new to this and doesn’t have the steps down. I have been getting my nails done every 3 weeks, with a few breaks, for about 6 years now. I can tell when a tech doesn’t know what they are doing. Me and Sandy were communicating every step of the way and I had to “micromanage” the process. Did I end up loving my nails? No. Am I going to ever come back? No. I do not recommend this place. They need to stop up selling dip nail sets, they are a lot easier to do than acrylic nails, but they are also much more fragile and will get cracks/lifting/breakage with a higher probability than the good old acrylics.
