“Fabulous store! My husband and I come to Legacy a lot, but this is our first time in the store, and we went Christmas shopping. They have a lot of gifts/stocking stuffers and decor you wouldn’t find anywhere else. The owner is the absolute sweetest and so so accommodating, as soon as we stepped foot inside the store she was so helpful. I ended up making a purchase and then walking around and finding more things to purchase! I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back!”

“This quaint little shop is stuffed full of treasures! Standard beading supplies, findings, finished pieces and vintage jewelry. They offer classes every Saturday afternoon. Heather was particularly helpful, helping me find exactly what I needed.”

“I love Deb and Deb's oils! She really blew me away with her Tallow Balm. My grandfather had so much dead skin on his head. He has medication for it but in my opinion isn't doing anything. I used the balm and let it sit for a few hours before he took his shower. Nearly cleared it up. Wish I got before and after shots. Her products truly are the best! Long lasting and natural!”
“I love this local hidden gem. One of my favorite neighborhood/local places to support. It is not hard to find but you won't just pass it. This is a great place for gifts. I buy here for those people who have everything, and they always comment (even years later) how much they love their WRSG products. I love all of the products I have for myself.
It can be a bit overwhelming because there are SOOO many options, but it is easy to navigate the store and learn the layout almost immediately.
This is not a place to find a bargain, but the items are fairly priced
I deducted a star because of the customer service. I appreciate that they don't rush you or constantly ask to help you. On a good day, I would say their staff is aloof. I have had two staff members be pleasant and engaging over the years I have shopped here.
However, my last visit on the morning of 10/5 I had an experience I would classify as "rude and off putting". I made a trip specifically to WRSG for a gift, my usual reason, and when I picked three items I asked the sales person if the 3 items I picked would be enough for a gift box or if I should add a 4th. Product sizes of the items vary. I thought it was a simple questionHer response was, "Gift boxes cost $3". Umm, not an answer to my question. I told her that was fine, then she walked away. No one else was working, so I couldn't ask anyone else. No one else in the store either. So it wasn't like she was too busy to answer my questions. Just seemed not interested in helping me.
When I did checkout, while she was ringing up the items, I told her I wanted the birthday packaging (a sticker and ribbon) that they have displayed. I paid, and then she started building the gift box. I reminded her I wanted the birthday packaging again... she said, "Ribbon is $1". She saw I have a frequent customer account, I didn't balk at almost $40 for 3 items. Why the hell does she keep telling me the prices at random times. I already said that before she finished my sale. Now she has to ring me up for $1.09 for the ribbon separately when I asked for before, and she already had the birthday stickers out, so she heard me. It seemed personal, and 2 weeks later, it's a head scratcher. This had to be the worst customer experience I have had there. If she was uncomfortable selling items to me, she should have another person working. In the past, the salespeople have either been pleasant at the transaction or mildly helpful with my questions. Nothing awful or I wouldn't stop there, FOR YEARS. I pass on their BRANDED items to my closest friends. But, that last experience was not good at all. It will make me rethink my next purchase with WRSG.”
“This is such a great store! I love coming here to find unique and thoughtful local gifts for my friends and family, and it never disappoints. It's very calm and a great place to browse at your own pace. The owner is also so friendly and eager to help. Last time I was there as I was checking out at the counter, he asked if my purchase was a gift, and he marked out the price and put it in a gift bag for me. I've found some real gems here and I keep coming back - definitely give it a visit!”
“This is an wonderful company! Not only are the gift boxes beautiful. The customer service is amazing. I sent a gift to someone this Christmas and it was returned to the company as undeliverable as they had moved. Love and Found emailed me immediately and reshipped it for me at no additional charge. “The customer service that the D Gift Shop offers is absolutely amazing!! We had a horrible experience with another shop in Dallas. We came across the D Gift Shop. I called them today. They had a perfect gift basket. Balloon. And stuffed animal delivered to the little guy we were sending it to the same day. Not only did the nail the order they also went above and beyond to make the late night delivery. They drove over 30 minutes to make sure he got his goodies sooner rather than later!! HIGHLY recommend them!!!”

I recommend them, they work with all kinds of fruits... and the very rich chocolate, especially the white one, is delicious ? but it is expensive $$ they sell all kinds of balloons for all occasions, they sell flowers, cookies and many other things. “Wow there is a lot of stuff in here. Like, a lot. It's also very cramped lol. I didn't mind as I enjoyed exploring the selection but there are lots of Egyptian themed things (as well as other pagan statues) to browse through. It can run a bit expensive as the things are from Egypt and the store has weird hours. PLEASE call them to check before going!”

“Very cute shop for stationary, charming home decor, and unique cute gifts! The service was also friendly. I was hoping that Paper Affair would have calligraphy tools, like ink, nibs, and actual calligraphy pens, but there were only regular pens in fun colors and felt tip pens. Still a fun store though.”

“I can tell upon entering the Dallas location for this two store local chain that the person behind the counter was special. Turns out the owner herself runs the store through the week. She's worked here 15 years and purchased from the previous owner last year when he retired.If you're looking for Texas memorabilia or if you're a tourist wanting something nice to take home then you can find it here.The store sits on the third floor of the mall.”
“Very cute gift and candle store. Extensive collection of candles available, but they are high-end brands, so expect to pay accordingly. They also have a good assortment of seasonal and holiday items for the home. Their baby and children's section is also well stocked. A few name brands like El Arroyo and Consuela. Plenty of free parking immediately outside of the store. One star less due to customer service - I've been here several times and haven't been acknowledged until purchasing something. A friendlier staff would be appreciated!”
“Absolutely my favorite needlepoint shop - and I have visited shops all over the country. Tons of thread choices, beads and canvases. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. If you need help, they can give you a special lesson catered to your stitching level. They are super at helping you select what you need to make any canvas you stitch spectacular. They also know who does what best for finishing your masterpiece. I’ve been a repeat customer for years and will continue to be! BTW - they always have a place to sit and relax for those bored teens or uninterested spouses.”
