February 6-7I took my vehicle in because I had to jump start the battery. They told me I had to leave my car and I did. 10 minutes later I was told that the battery had low voltage and that I needed a new battery. My guess is that since you are the experts you would have recommended a diagnostic to ensure the problem was the battery. Nevertheless, I was told that the battery did not arrive, and I was told that Mercedes was not able to bring battery and I needed to pick up the next day. The next morning, I got a call stating the car was ready. My car seemed like it was back to normal. On the February 10th, the car would not start. I was charged close to $600 for the battery and labor. I took the car back and asked for a refund because my car was not repaired. I was told a diagnostic was not performed and that they needed to do so. Explain to me to ensure that all channels are performed to ensure that there are no other problems that could be causing a lectical problem was not recommended to me before replacing my battery. You supposed to be the experts. I don't work on Mercedes, YOU DO! Manager said I told him to replace battery and that's what they did. I was told the battery had low voltage and they also tried to recharge the battery as well. In any case my problem was not resolved. I also got an oil change as well. Total cost I spent was $720.00. and my problem was not resolved.Think twice before you take you vehicle here for service.

STAY AWAY!!! Don’t bring your car here unless you want to get robbed blindly. Way overpriced labor rate $180/hr while all other German shops charge $120. I diagnosed my car myself and figured out my waste gate needed to be replaced, so I contacted them for a quote to replace it. Quoted me $600 to replace waste gate and said it would take 3 hours. When confronted the GM was extremely rude and disrespectful, and instead of offering a proper explanation had a terrible attitude. Replaced it myself in less than an hour, and my car is running great now. No thanks to these guys.

Completely the best experience you can have outside of a dealership….I’d say even better because you actually get to keep money in your pocket. Truly a comfort knowing that your expensive baby is in the hands of actual experts who treat your car like it is their own. Matt will always be straight up with you on price and service. He has even declined to make money on my car when he noted the service wouldn’t affect performance. They are professional and work well with extended warranty companies too! You won’t be disappointed!
