Lori and Richard were so helpful tonight with my multiple purchases. They informed me of all the deals and let me know about the deals for my pro membership.
I must say, they run this store MUCH better than the previous manager. I will be returning to this location.

Man with beard was very rude to a younger employee because he said he was not taught how to ring up phones and sell them and says he did in front of everybody and embarrasses him and keeps arguing with employee in front of customers. That’s very rude he could have waited until everyone was gone and talk to him in private, not embarrass him in front of GameStop customers.

the store was clean. the employees working there answered all my questions politely. they had a wide selection of per-owned games and the games, in my opinion, were fairly priced. The male employee working, Xavier, was very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about video-games. He was respectful and kind. The female employee working there, Lori, was kind calm and very respectful. She was also very knowledgeable on video-games.

This is now the third time I have either been kicked out of the store or locked out as I was trying to enter because the guy running the store is alone and has to take a lunch break. I understand being short staffed, but there is still customer service etiquette. If a customer has their hand in the door and you lock the door while making eye contact at 4:15, you are losing sales and customers. It’s just rude. The last time I walked in just to be told “you need get out within 2 minutes, im closing the store for my break” - please fix this store.

I ordered a pre owned ps4 and it was the worst purchase I made this year it just freezes so much and I can't play a normal game without it freezing also supposedly there cleaned before selling and is not true at all I looked in the air vents on the side because It was kinda hot and seen a bunch of dust built up in it please don't buy used consoles from here you will be disappointed also it does want to accept cd disc and now have to pay to fix that smh
