3/14/2024, the lady on shift can either find another job allows her to text on her phone the whole time or just tell her boss" i hate this job"! Don't put her anger to customers who has nothing to do with her pathetic life. Rolling eyes, not answering questions regarding merchandise, is not fit for cashier’s position, if management seeing this, yall better let her go before someday someone is in the bad mood and decide to teach her a lesson!

This location apparently lacks the ability to train its employees to be able to load cash app. Seeing by the reviews I shouldn't expect my review to have any effect or set in motion any training in hopes to keep visiting this location. Guess I'll find another location to shop at instead

This location REFUSES to maintain or ensure the maintenance of the Air pump. The first time I used it 2 years ago, It charged my card 20 times (literally) and was broken which I didn't realize until after I paid. I had to contact amex to dispute the charges. This took quite a bit of time. I figured this organization would be competent enough to handle this issue eventually so I thoughtlessly stopped for air today. I made sure the machine at least had a tip this time. Seemed ok. I paid my money. and this POS is barely pumping air. It actually let air out of my tire. Now I have less air and am out 2 dollars. The jerk at the counter was clueless. He told me to call the 1800 number. Nobody has time to call and complain about 2 dollars. These people are NEGLIGENT. They should not have a business. This place is filthy and poorly run.

Don’t stop here! My kids and I were at the store and a homeless man was arguing with the cashier man to which he brought the argument right in front of myself and kids!! I told him my kids were scared and he said he didn’t care about my kids he cared about his store?! Not a safe store!!

My mom and dad each bought a circle K drink subscription for this place. If you don't know what that is, you pay $5.99 a month for it, and you get the choice of a froster, coffee, or soft drink every day a month, any size. Well, while it has worked at every other circle K, the j*** cashier here already made my parents pay for their coffees about 2-4 times, and says the subscription basically doesn't exist for them. Now that they tried actually trying to use their subscription without having to pay what they shouldn't have to because that is the reason why they got the subscriptions, he is refusing them service. He already made them pay extra money that they actually shouldn't have, so needless to say, we are never going here again. Would rate negative 100 stars if possible.

I don't know what's going on with this store, but today is 10/10/21 and it's 2:06am and the stores front door is locked and has been for over an hour, and yesterday 10/09/21 the store had the exact same problem!!! I'm starting to think the staff is going to sleep in the backroom or something. I Included a photo showing nobody on sight!!! And the doors are locked.
