Going to find another location to call and visit bc every time I call or visit this location and put on hold forever, Or when I call or go into this location, I get someone young that barely speaks English and doesn’t understand anything I’m saying And I have to repeat myself Several times. If this continues at another location, I’ll have to switch insurance companies.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service from this office!!! Rude and very UNTRUSTWORTHY too. They change their rules and do not send out any sort of update for their customer and then try to charge them more per month. I would definitely NOT recommend this location!!!

I think it's really d*** to have a company that does a 7 day in advance draft for a payment. Other companies take there payment the day that it's due!! But oh no... not this one! Anything can happen in that 7 day window... like LIFE! FAMILY! FOOD! GAS! Just basically the "normal" things that are needed to survive! Now I have to choose between survival or my car insurance. If it wasn't a requirement to have insurance, I'd almost... ALMOST.... Rather than my chances of not being insured than to say..."hey family, can't eat this week! I don't know when the insurance is gonna get there money"! Ohhh... let's not forget the two "reminder text and the three harassing calls"!

I had gotten an auto policy through Fred Lloya insurance which included auto club. When my car broke down, I learned that Fred Lloya had not paid for my membership to their auto club contractor. Lloya then would not reimburse me for my towing, so I sued. Lloya is now ignoring the court order to pay my expenses. Fred Lloya is a dishonest company that does not pay it's claims or court ordered dues! I would not recommend Fred Lloya Insurance to anybody. I will now send my complaint to the Texas Attorney General. Perhaps the A.G. will shut down this horrible business so that nobody else will be victimized as I have.

This is the best insurance Company I've ever used. I've have Insured 2 vehicles through them now and it's always great customer service and very fast I've sent over 2 other peo who switched to Fred loya Because the rates are amazing definitely Use this place for any of your insurance needs.

They are reliable had one claim so far and it was handled quickly and efficiently. I like the text notifications before they auto withdrawal my payment.

This is by far the worst company i have had to ever deal with. I went into the office over a week ago to initiate a claim which is claim 65-0000117008 was given an adjusters name and phone number alejandra lom 915-629-6267 when I contact the phone number the number rings and rings and no one or even a voicemail picks up, this is how they do business? I contacted customer claims the number they gave me yesterday and today 800 880 0472 and have still not received a phone call back. I keep getting the run around given numbers to other departments and no one wants to take accountability for this issue in which one of their insured drivers hit me. I hope that no one ever gets hit by someone who has fred loya insurance because you will find yourself in a constant cycle of trying to get your car repaired I am to the point where I will file with my own company because I know that with my auto insurance will ensure things are handled properly and professionally. I am very saddened that I have to come out of pocket and for somefhing someone else did to me all because the insurance company has poor business acumen.
