Trimone and her staff are wonderful! I have used her service for the past few years and they definitely live up to their name, First Class. They have been able to find more money for a tax refund than anyone else I have ever used and she did it quickly. With their secure online terminal I never had to leave my house. Fast, easy and reliable. I would definitely recommend First Class VA Tax Service. Tell them Anthony sent you!

First Class VA Tax Services are the best. Knowledgeable on tax laws and they stay up to date on any changes. I have been a client for 3 years and would recommend them to anyone. I guarantee you if you owe they can lower the amount you owe or eliminate it all together and get you back on track. 5 Stars all day

Very unprofessional, was not on time for our apts, does not answer phone calls, did not provide a refund (did not even file) and agreed to do so after months of me continuously calling and inquiring for a tracking number that she never provided. I actually had to pay another company to actually file. Please save yourself the headache don't let her steal your money and go elsewhere. I have not received a copy to show an amendment was filed. I am super disappointed as I thought it would be a good company however it is not. The company has responded to this request for damage control only!! Trimone agreed to provide a refund months ago and has provided a laundry list of excuses: example it was lost in the mail but her out of state accountant sent it. Once I called the Better Business Bureau she ignored their request. Please check their D- rating online for proof of failure to respond for proof. I have since filed in small claims with Collin county, which is public record to verify her lack of cooperation. There is no refund process she is speaking of. Its been 5 months since she agreed to refund me, what company takes that long to refund considering I agreed to meet her in person, gave her my address and paypal info. She ducked and dodged until she couldnt. Trimone agreed to send the check the day I actually filed the small claims case and also stated she would have her attorney reach out to provide my refund. No attorney ever reached out. After I posted a negative review she threatened to sue me for slander. The correct term is libel if I posted anything untrue. I have texts screenshots of her facebook post in which she agreed to provide a refund for the service not provided. She later took the review section down from fb so as it would not show her not honoring what she agreed as well as blocked me from posting proof of her dishonesty. She also sent me harassing texts upset that I posted my negative experience. Not to mention she discussed a previous clients case with me which breaks confidentiality and is totally unprofessional. She has done something similar to other clients, please see other review from Tamra on here and yelp. Also make sure she signs your taxes and puts down her PTIN to show she was your preparer in case you are audited vs you being listed as your own preparer as well as obtain a copy that day as her online system did not properly work for me.

I have used First Class VA for 2 years in a row. I have found their customer service and professionalism to be great! My appointments are always done around my schedule and I am never rushed. I am treated as if I am their only customer. Thank you First Class

Please do not use this company unless you want to have a headache and chase them to answer calls, show up on time for apts and hear about her drama filled personal life as an excuse on why she cannot provide you your $. This company was very unprofessional-she was late for a referral I sent because she was going the movies with her kids and completely forgot about another. She will tell you she will call or schedule a time to meet but will not follow through and then give a billion and one lies/excuses as to why she could not remain professional and on time-sick children which I understand if it were true, she started a new job and will call you once she's off but doesn't, she's running a 5k, shes's not in the office but call her cell that she claims is always dead or she didn't hear ring, she's going to call the IRS but can not provide you with an answer on the status and cannot schedule a time to meet to figure out the issue, etc. You name the lie she's said it lol. She even took $50 off the cost of service because she was late to our apt twice and another she asked me to meet her in the mall because her husband and she was going on a date so guess forget my apt lol. She promised to provide a refund because she could not deliver on the initial service However after a month of excuses no check is in the mail. She stated she has an accountant that mails them but after 2 weeks of her telling me to check in the mail nothing. She even broke confidentiality by discussing a client she previously worked with once I discussed another person expressed dissatisfaction online in a similar fashion. She even goes so far as to text me pictures of a good review once I discussed I would take her to small claim's court to inform me other people are satisfied. I'm not sure what that has to do with me and the fact that she took my money and promised to give it back but didn't. So again unless you want to deal with an unprofessional team, save yourself and go to a real tax office that will handle business and leave their personal lives just that, personal!! So disappointed in this company as I initially wanted to support it and sent many friends to them, only for her to give them the same run arounds. I took her to civil claims court and she gave me back my money which is the "dismiss" the owner speaks of and paid the court costs only after missing the first court appearance for being conveniently sick the day of. She only showed on the second court date when I added missed wages to the judgement lol. Please look up this with Collin County court as that is public record. No one I am affliated with uses this company. The response is for damage control only. Please also see their D rating with the Better Business Bureau for failure to respond.

Id give them 0 stars if I could. I paid her over $400 for a tax service in April. After about a month, the IRS still had no record of it. I asked her if she was sure they received it and if it was sent certified and she assured the same. After another month, I finally asked her for a tracking number. She said she was "looking for it" but the office was packed up for the season. She finally said her "employee" sent them incorrectly and it was returned to her but she'll refund me half of what I paid and still send it the following day with a tracking number. Days passed and nothing. I followed up with her frustrated and she said she'd do a full refund which I should have in 5 days. That 5 days turned into 7 to 10 business days. She finally agreed to send me a check. I deposited the check and IT BOUNCED for NSF. She then tells me someone stole $30000 from her but her husband will PayPal me the money by 1 pm that day. That did not happen. on June 27 I was told her "fraud" situation had been sorted out and the refund was processed through PayPal. I contacted PayPal and they stated she requested a refund but never provided the funds for it to go through. The ONLY thing I've gotten to date is a laundry list of excuses. On top of that, when I told her I'd go to social media to let everyone know about my experience, she threatened to sue me for defamation. news flash: it's not defamation if it's true.

I began working with First Class about three months ago. I've tested other Virtual Assistant Services and was looking for a service that had dedicated VAs, US based, and I would be comfortable representing me. First Class Virtual Administrative Services has been a perfect fit. If cost is the number one driver of your decision, they are not for you. They've helped me manage my calendar, make calls on my behalf, manage my client call rotation, book reservations, handle my expense reports, and many more day to day work related task. If you are looking for a more complete/comprehensive service then First Class is a great option. They came highly recommended.
